Arrived in a cardboard box, but fortunately somewhere along the way it was wrapped over and over in plastic wrap, so it all held together pretty well. Much heavier and stronger material than I was expecting. Easy to put together, no issues and all parts intact. Still snow on the ground here, but I expect it will work very well on my muddy driveway soon.

So far the build quality seems sloppy but sturdy. In assembling the drag, I came across 2 problems already. (1) The arm that connects the leveling bar to the drag is mis-aligned (welded on crooked) and (2) the plate that connects the 2 drag mat sections together has one hole drilled in the wrong place, so not all the bolts will fit. These issues may not impair the functioning, I will update my review after I try to force the connecting bar over to see if it will connect. And I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt that it will work for my application (raking a weedy beach). Thus the 4/5 stars so far. UPDATE 7/30/18: turns out the missing bolt hole on the drag mat was important. Yesterday was day 3 using the drag and the connecting plate bent at the spot of the missing bolt (see photo). I will contact the company to see about sending me a new connecting plate. UPDATE 3/21/20 - never heard back from the company. The bent connecting plate eventually broke, leaving the two pieces separate and pretty useless.

It’s not a baseball field drag and nothing about it functions properly. After you assemble it, figure out it doesn’t work, disassemble, repackage, and return it; some keyboard warrior selling stuff from a warehouse they’ve never seen decides you on you get less than half your money back.

We own a lake home with a sandy beach. Purchased product to groom beach and wasn't successful. Even without adding wait it dug into sand and mu UTV couldn't pull it. Might be great on a baseball field but not a beach with loose sand... I will not it's a quality, well made product. It just didn't work for the purpose I purchased it for:-(

Arrived on time the poor UPS guy could barely get it off the truck. It assembled quickly no issues and put it to work. It far exceeded my expectations. Used it in a compacted clay soil horse pasture it did amazing! Loosened up 5 years of compaction.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, too wet. The package was in pretty bad shape when it arrived, but after inventory all of the pieces were still inside.
