Fast arrival!!! These are cenent filled weights with plastic shell which is typically. 15 lb curl is perfect for me to build strength after mutiple surgies in 2025. Bar is 2 piece with big Allen head set screws. You get a screws and Allen wrench amd rubber washers . Everything you need is provided. Definitely worth the $ ... show more

The weights are well made and so is the bar. It's holding up perfectly. Unless you already have calloused hands, I would recommend gloves for the textured areas on the bar. The fastening is good, just make sure to use the supplied washers.
