First let me say that I bought these as an open box item. I was a bit nervous because I’ve done that before and it hasn’t always worked out for me. Lots of times there’s pieces missing and I end up having to ship back. Well not with these. They appeared brand new! Everything was packaged very well. A few of the pieces looked like they were repackaged but whoever repackaged it took their time and really took care in keeping them item from getting damaged. Ok so now on to the product itself. These chairs are amazing. Super easy to put together and the leather is not that thin cheap material. It’s a quality material. Every hole lined up, there were no flaws. The chairs are also very comfortable. If you’re on the fence about this item just do it, I’m so glad I did.

I will start with how much I love these chairs for our bar. My father has back issues and this is the best chair I’ve found he can sit in for hours comfortably. (He is 315 pounds with bad knees) They are sturdy, beautiful and for the price top notch stools! So easy to assemble. Second, we had major issues getting the chairs- all the fault of UPS not Yaheetech. Yaheetech customer service has been incredible. I ordered 8 chairs, got a notification all 8 had been delivered by UPS but nope, only 4. I contacted Yaheetech and they responded immediately. The next day my neighbor said a set was delivered to her. Still missing two chairs. Contacted UPS, not helpful and said they showed delivered and nothing they could do. I had video of them only delivering 4, they didn’t seem to care. I was so upset the last 2 chairs were missing. Yaheetech immediately sent me out another set of chairs, no questions asked and no rude comments. I am SO thankful for their team and am an extremely loyal customer to their brand for the quality they produce and respect they stand behind. We get SO MANY compliments on these chairs!!! My friends can not believe the quality for the price. I have bought even more! Buy these chairs!!!

First, let me say these were packaged phenomenally! It took me longer to unpack than to build. So I was very surprised to find damage on the last piece I took out. I ordered a 4 pk. 2 came one day. 2 came another day. So don't panic if only 2 show up. They are very nice and sturdy. My kids can get on them with ease. They're exactly what I was looking for. But the damage is more noticeable in person than in pictures. Im not sure how to fix it. They're already built and ive already gotten rid of the set I had before this so sending them back isn't an option. The other issue I had was after unwrapping each piece, some kind of metal dust or metal sand lol fell out. It was everywhere. So if you have babies who are on the floor, keep them away until you're done and have cleaned. Overall, I don't regret this purchase. Just sad about the damage. As I said, best packaging ever though!
