This tree is tall and it is great. I find it sturdy, even without in being mounted with the anchor (I don’t like using wall anchors). I find it cleans well - I just run a vacuum over where the cats spend most of their time. For the size of the tree, I think the value was fantastic. Smaller trees in pet stores cost more as we all know. It was very easy to assemble as well. My cats put this tree thru its paces. They use it as a safe base, and a springboard. They sleep overnight in it and climb it as well. I’ve not worried about it falling even though it’s not anchored (in case there are others out there like me). It wobbled a bit once when my cat Mufasa’d on one of the platforms, but that was only a slight wiggle and on that stem of the tree only. One more thing. My cats love the basket and it holds all of them. When it bends, I bend it back. The steel inside is thick and sturdy. I’m not worried about it snapping off. It is so sturdy it didn’t bend after I found my enormous cat sitting on his small sister trying to get her to move. I mean it. He is enormous. Bigger than any maincoon I’ve had. And he’s started loving the basket. That said, the cube is big enough for him to fit in nicely. I’d recommend this tree. I’d also buy it again. Edited months later: note!!! Warning!!! Do not buy if you ever want to cuddle a cat!!! Tree too tempting and they love it so much!!!! I’ve not had a cat to cuddle since introducing them to the tree. Buyer beware.

Huge tree and my cats love it. It was easy to build and has many cubbies and poles for the cats to have fun. My biggest cat is 13 lbs and he fits well into the large cubby. The base can be sturdier but I didn’t wanna strip the screws.

Was so excited to get this for my girl! She needed a new one desperately. This one attracted me because of its height. My cat loves to be as high as possible and this DELIVERED! Height: On that note, be sure to measure if it will actually fit in your room because I know some ceiling are lower than others and this thing is tall! Build: It is super easy to build and it only took my like an hour and a half ( but I was lollygagging lol ) the instructions are labeled and super easy to follow. Pieces are numbered and correspond with pictures. The only confusing part is the back brown strap drills into the wall. It didn’t say that and the picture was confusing but I figured it out. Stability/Quality: It wobbles a LOT if you don’t drill it into the wall or tighten it to its TIGHTEST point. It’s taller than it is wide so just expect that. Sense pieces though, not cheap. I feel like I could stand on it if I wanted to. Nice and thick! Cons: There’s a ledge in the middle for a cat to sit on but it’s the same length as the bottom which means they would have to curve their body weird to get to it or step on the bag thing. We put our dresser next to it so she uses that but I’d be cautious Overall: I’d say it’s worth your money if you’re looking for a nice, dense cat tree

Lets just say this is a good start My review is based on the fact that this was a cheaper unit, I bought it because it was tall and I knew if would be better than one I could make from scratch. First off, THE CATS LOVE IT! I have a jumper and the fact that this is 80" tall is like a dream for him. However, the posts that make it so tall are only 2 1/2" in DIA and not very sturdy, but once I reinforced them they are 100% better, and it didn't take much, just some cross supports that you can see in the picture. The only real thing that needs a redesign is the second layers, it needs to be square and there should be a forth pole that attaches it to the bottom platform, but I fixed that by adding a corner shelf and covering it with scrap carpet. For the other cat who is not quite the jumper, she could not easily get to the third level because level two is the same size and under the third so there was no leaping off point and my addition fixes that. There is one "toy" pre-attached and quite frankly it smells like something dead inside it (at first anyway, the smell has mostly disappeared) THE CATS LOVE IT and about tore the unit apart trying to take it off, it had to remove it until I reinforced the top towers. This is our second tower, the other was more expensive and a lot sturdier but only 50" tall but THIS unit, with my fixes is well worth the money, the cats are VERY happy with it. It was pretty easy to put together but I see it could be easy to break if you're not careful. Final thoughts is that this is a cheap unit (you get what you pay for) but if you are even a little handy you can make it much better. It has great hight for cats who like to be up high and had two nice hiding spots, one large one rather small. With my fixes I give it 5 stares and think it should hold up for quite a while, but without the fixes it is probably that it will break pretty easily. The material is it covered in is a very soft velour and might not hold up too well for cats that would scratch it but we keep our cats claws trimmed so they are not big scratchers.

To skip my 3 minute time lapse of the entire assembly, I only included the 22 seconds worth of my captivated audience watching me, hehe. Though the beginning of the video may have helped some of you, I can just verbally explain what I did; the thing you should do with any self assembly item. I got out the instructions and made sure I had every piece listed, then categorized them into small piles of separation. That way, as you're reading the assembly instuctions and it says to grab bolt 12 or piece C, you have them organized off to the side for easy retrieval. Personally, on my 23rd cat in life now, this one never plays with anything bought. She just wants the crumpled up receipt. This cat tree, however, she LOVES! I really hate buying things for this cat because I assume she's not going to use the thing. As you can see in my video, she was extremely interested. As you can see from the following pictures, she settled right into it like home. I was actually worried about her being too large to comfortably fit in the bag/hammock portion but, as you can see, she fits just fine. Full grown female 5 year old American short hair at a steady 8.4 pounds, in case you wondered. I gave it 3 stars on stability as it wobbles quite a bit. There's a strap connected to it that you can screw into the wall but it still wobbles; like, enough so that you don't need to bother screwing the strap into the wall, just push it firmly into a corner. The angled scratching pad has gone unused. Both covered boxes are regularly used. All top platforms are regularly used and the tops of the covered boxes are also regularly used. For being a fairly picky cat, she uses every part of it except the scratching board and the dangling rope. Rest assured that this little jungle has enough on it to keep your loved one entertained, content, napping and secure. Scared ones will love the covered boxes while confident ones will love the bag/hammock or upper surfaces. It appears PLENTY big enough to handle multiple cats at the same time too. Enjoy!

I like this cat tree a lot - the price for the size just can't be beat, but it does have some flaws. The first being assembly. Every little piece has to be put together. This isn't a huge issue as it wasn't hard, just tedious. Each piece was marked so it was easy to tell which part goes where, but the styrofoam used to package this was terrible - it got everywhere!! I'm still vacuuming and picking up pieces off the carpet. The sturdiness of this tree is also questionable - it seems a bit flimsy and thin and definitely shakes when the cats jump and climb up and down this thing. I know it comes with a wall attached but since we are renting, we don't want to risk damaging the walls too much. So far it hasn't fallen, and since it is propped up against a corner, hopefully, it will never fall, but with rambunctious cats you never know. Also the size of the perches are a little smaller then I had hoped. The three tier platform beds at the top are kind of small so larger cats probably wouldnt be able to use them unless they like hanging off or are able to curl up in a tight ball. My big boy tried but he mostly just chills on top of the big house part. The main big house part is great as all of the cats take turns snoozing on top of it or in it, but the smaller house is in an awkward place and seems too small for an adult cat to jump in and settle down comfortably while the little scoop bed is too wobbly for our cats to want to linger on. I think this playhouse would be perfect for kittens but for adult cats, it's not the best. Still, for the price this was an amazing steal! My cats still use this mainly to get up on our taller windowsill and usually take turns napping on the top of the house part.

Pieces are well marked and it's easy to put together. It's tall and well balanced. There's a plastic piece attached and hardware if you want to secure it to the wall. One design flaw in my opinion though. There are 4 levels. 1 on the floor, 2 in the middle and then the top with 3 areas. The 2 middle platforms are the same shape and size and placed directly over each other. This makes it hard to jump from platform to platform. When directly under my cat leans back to jump up then hangs by her claws until she gets her back feet up. This would be hard for declawed or older cats. There is a small platform next to the round "tent" which she can use, but it's small. One photo is me looking down from the top middle platform. What you can't see is the platform below it, but you can see the floor platform. One photo I'm leaning forward to see the lower middle platform (and my cat). I like the unit, my cat loves it, but I wouldn't buy again due to the design issue.

I really like it! It took me like a hour to build, but it’s really nice! My cats started clawing at the scratch parts before it was even built. Only thing that concerns me is the way there’s not much room for the cats to jump from layer to layer, they have to really climb and that kind of makes me nervous, but good thing it’s heavy! So it can’t easily fall. My girls are between 6-9 pounds so I needed something heavy. They love it though! Also loooove that it’s built for a corner! Makes for great support, I think it’s worth the money so far. We’ll see!
