  • New favorite nap place New favorite nap place
Color: Light Gray
Straightforward instructions, without words, only detailed pics. Only took about 45 minutes to get together. I've had this for about a week and the cats automatically knew it was for them, scent-marking it with their cheeks and scratching on it. The best (and strangest) part is that all three of them can be asleep on it WITHOUT arguing. Our other cat tree didn't have so many prime nap spots so many hisses, growls, and dirty looks were given over the previous one. (They get along, they're just not cuddlers). As you can possibly tell with the horrible lighting all three have claimed their favorite spots, which haven't changed from the time this pic was taken. I have three very different but large cats. The eldest is 17lbs, 12 inches tall and 16 years old. He's a tall, long, heavy and all around large cat born between a Siamese and a Maine Coon. He has arthritis as he is very old and he really appreciates the step up into the hammock, his favorite nap place besides curled up at my side in bed. Our orange cat is 11.5lbs, 11inches tall and 8 years old. He's still very young and playful and remarkably thin despite being fed the same amount as the other two. He likes the little house for his nap spot and loves scratching on the tree. At the top you can just make out her ears is our little princess. She's 14lbs, 9 inches tall, and 14 years old. She's stupid as a bag of rocks and very chubby but is quite the lap cat. She loves the two padded beds and will choose either to sleep in, keeping her from trying to curl up on our laps when we're trying to fold laundry, eat food, etc. To summarize: I have 3 cats ranging from 11-17lbs so this cat tree is sturdy. The no-tip strap is a nice touch. The hammock and step up into the hammock is great for my elderly cat. I took the rope thing off because my cat complained (I'm assuming) about it being in the way of his hammock. The grey color is nice and goes well enough with my human furniture. All my LARGE cats seem to enjoy sleeping on it and scratching on it. ... show more

  • Very sturdy!!
Color: Dark Gray
I LOVE this cat tree, as well as my cat. He just hangs out and plays with the hanging toys, which are attached to a metal hinge, so if you ever want to change the toy, it’s easy to tie to it! Very sturdy, we have it on a carpeted floor and do not have it anchored, and he hangs off the sleeping posts to play with the toys constantly, and hes about the size of the average adult male cat with a tummy pouch. The condo is very spacious and welcoming to the furry friends. Gives them a hideout to play, and if you have multiple cats, i can see this being a wrestling headquarters. Instructions were clear and every piece was labeled according to the instructions; the only thing you may need is a drill if you wish to apply the anchor. There is an anchor strap attached to the tree and it comes with all the things you need to attach it to the wall. Overall, the quality and everything is great. I’ve had it about a week and the cat loves it, and i love it. Very much worth the money and it will last you as long as you need it and even then some!! ... show more

  • UPDATED REVIEW UPDATED REVIEW
It’s very sturdy and won’t easily fall over so I didn’t even feel the need to secure it in any way. It’s just as described. Once you put it together, it’s identical to the photos you see here! It even got here 5 days before it was supposed to. I was so excited for it so that made me very happy! The only thing I do not like are the directions. Maybe I’m just challenged when it comes to putting things together, who knows. But, the directions for me were very confusing and clustered. They recommend having 2 people put it together and I can definitely see why. I was watching my person put it together and was only there for the occasional “now, hand me that.” However, try and not let that deter you from buying this because it’s absolutely 100% worth the money! Just because I had some trouble doesn’t mean you will. After WEEKS of weeding through cat trees, I finally narrowed it down to 3 and this one won. I noticed the width of some of the other cat trees were quite small or just not as big as I wanted. This one was the widest one I could find and it fits my 6lb cat perfectly with extra room to spare. It has raised edges on the beds so it feels like what he’s used to which is sleeping on the couches. I think it’s extra comforting that he can’t fall off of it. He’ll roll around on it and rub his cheek against it. He truly does love it. It has 8 scratching posts on it. I don’t know about your cat but mine doesn’t really care for any type of scratching posts for some reason, the little weirdo. We even got him a cactus one and he’s never once used it. But, if your cat likes it, I’d consider getting this one. It has 2 scratching posts on the bottom, 4 on the second level, 1 on the third, and 1 at the very top. My cat is grey and white so I chose the grey colored option so it won’t show near as much cat hair. After all of it was put together, which took us roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes, it was time to move it where we wanted it! While it was awkward to move, as you can imagine, it wasn’t that difficult. I did it by myself. It’s odd to explain. It’s not so heavy that I couldn’t lift it after getting a good grip but it’s sturdy enough to where a cat could not knock it over, even if he jumped on it. I’m sure that’ll vary depending upon how large your cat is. But, I really can’t see any sized cat being able to tip this over. It doesn’t wobble or have a tilt to it. It sits firmly on the ground. If your cat was like mine and refused to even look at it at first, try putting some strong catnip spray, their fave treats and their favorite blanket on the cat tree. Make sure your cat sees you putting the treats down for them. I even had to pick my cat, Sweeney, up and physically put him on it. It still took my cat almost 2 weeks to use it. However, after some encouragement and sweet talking, he’s finally using his gift! If you’re looking for a good buy for the money, this one is certainly the one you want. UPDATE: For the first time, my cat, Sweeney, is using the scratching posts! He has never used them before buying this cat tree. We even bought a separate scratching post in hopes he would use it but he never did. I don’t know what it is about this post on this cat tree but he now uses it all the time! It just fell apart. I didn’t realize or pay attention to the fact that it’s made of hard cardboard so now it’s broken. It fell with one of my cats ON it. I’m not very happy about this ... show more

  • Great for my two cats!
Color: Light Gray
I bought this cat tree as a way to help our smaller cat get up and "away" from our dog. Both my cats absolutely love laying on the top two towers and in the hammock. It was very easy to assemble although it does go much faster/easier with 2 people working on it. The best place to put this is where it gets the most sunlight for your kitties to "sun" themselves. Two negatives I've noticed so far: 1. The dangling balls attached to the top two towers come off easily after multiple uses with cats that have claws. They are easily re-attachable from how my cats ripped them off though. 2. Some of the fabric above the scratching area starting to become loose after a few scratches. Granted the fabric is not made to be scratched on like the twine area, but it didn't hold up very long. I have only had this issue with one post though. ... show more

  • Great Cat Tree! Great Cat Tree!
Color: Dark Gray
The cats really like this cat tree. They don't care for the little 'house' that's included in the build, so I left it out. The platform is now large enough for both girls! This height also fits my space better. The little house went outside for the community cats. So, double prizes! Instructions were easy to follow. It's sturdy and I like the charcoal gray color. ... show more

  • Best cat tree!!!! Best cat tree!!!!
Color: Dark Gray
This is very well made, easy to put together, soft, and fairly small footprint. It accommodated my huge, fat, 22lb cat with no problem! He LOVES it. Took him quite a while to move past the hammock on the bottom but once he realized it was safe, he's all over it. The little hanging toys didn't last long and the rope above the hammock was fairly shredded quickly but it's fine. Great value for the money! So great that we bought another one for my daughter to have at her house for her cats. ... show more

  • If calm, curious kittens are anything to go by... If calm, curious kittens are anything to go by...
Color: Light Gray
All of the poles & platforms we're nicely labeled, but the fasteners we're not. I'd recommend separating the bolts in some way first (I used a cupcake tray to separate them). The instructions were well written & easy to follow. My kittens were very curious about the cat tree as soon as I opened the box. Immediately after I got the last step completed they ran all over the platforms, batted at all the hanging toys, & then they promptly curled up in one of the padded platforms & feel asleep. All-in-all I think this was a wise purchase. ***UPDATE 10/19/23*** 2 years & 1 cross-country move later the cat tree still stands, minus 1 of the platforms & all the hanging toys. The cats have loved it. I have 1 cat who loved to perch herself up on the left platform for treats & scritches. The other is a fan of curling up in the little "house" & getting some alone time. For whatever reason they both disliked the hammock, so we've removed that. My one complaint is related to the missing platform which was the one on the left (lower one). For context, my cats are on the smaller size, both currently weighing less than 5 lbs (nothing wrong, just the runts of the litter). The single pole design makes it so that it eventually develops a wobble from the cats having to jump on & off. The bolt held tight but the plastic cap it screws into eventually detached from the inside of the pole. The top platform has developed a similar wobble but has yet to detach. We may still keep whatever is left since that has a more sturdy design & is still used by at least 1 cat, but I think it we replace it we'll be looking at cat trees with at least 2 supports to all the platforms. ... show more

  • Worse cat tree I ever got.
Color: Dark Gray
L tried to cancel this just hours after I ordered it, because I was afraid my 13 lb cat was too big, but I got no reply, and they sent it out early. it was worse then I thought. I have put together other cat trees and furniture, and never had the problems I had with this. The worse part is that the house is too big for the platform it's on so that my cat can use the space to get to the top perch which he always loved. He tried jumping all the way up, and hung for a while, and fell down. He even tried climbing up the rope on the other side, but couldn't get to the top. He doesn't have wings. The picture is deceiving, there is not enough room for anything but a small kitten on the platform with the house to get to the top perch, and now he's afraid to try anymore. He keeps looking up trying to figure out how to get up, and it scares me, because the only way he can do it is jump from the little lower platform to the top, and that's how he fell; I'm so afraid he will get hurt. Meanwhile he can't enjoy his favorite thing to do; looking out the window on the top perch. The other one I had was made so much better, stronger, easier to put together, and easier to use, and cost less. The only reason I changed it, was because it was so light and dirty. and the rope was destroyed. Now I'm trying to figure out a way that he can get to the top without getting hurt. I don't understand how they can't see that there is not enough room on the platform with the house for a full grown cat to stand on to get to the top perch!! When I took the old one apart the bolts and screws on that one were so much bigger then this one; I don't think this one will last like that one did. If anyone has an idea of what I can do so he can get up there, please let me know. I'm on a very small fixed income in a studio apartment, and I feel so bad that my cat doesn't have his favorite thing to do anymore, and I'm afraid he will get hurt. He is all that I have! ... show more
