I liked that it was already assembled when I pulled them out of the box; however, I want to add the back rests to the stools and there are not any screws for me to do that.

You just don't think this little backing piece would make much of a difference, but it does add greatly to the overall look and comfort. We're very happy with the color and sturdiness. Very easy to assemble and or take off the back if wanted.

They look just like they are pictured. Are they comfy? No not really. A good seat cushion should fix this problem though. Are they easy to assemble? Kinda! I received these with instructions to put the screws in where directed. Sounds simple enough and it would have taken no time EXCEPT the wooden pieces on top were not centered correctly so you couldn’t put the screws in. I had to disassemble all 4 wood pieces, place them in the correct spot and put my own holes into them to make sure everything lined up correctly. Now that I fixed their mistake I can now put the back piece on super easy. So yes it’s a nice stool, no they are not comfy, you might need to do your own extra assembly but overall it was easier to do it myself instead of send back.

We bought these chairs for a breakfast bar we created in our kitchen. They are very comfortable, they were easy to assemble and cleaning them is a breeze! Our breakfast bar is a little a Vice counter height, but they would work great for counter height as well. I would definitely recommend these!
