I love this honey. This was the second time I ordered it. Even though I bought this few months back, but I took it out of the plastic wrap today (ran out of the old jar) and the glass was completely shattered. It’s sad for such nice honey to go to waste, including the money, but I would really appreciate if more focus can be put into how its packed in future. I still intend to keep on buying it. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!! Knew it when I popped the lid! First time smelling or tasting honey this amazing, EVER! Easily a 10-star rating but for a faint natural wood-smoke essence (one-off/harvesting...? More on that after I contact company..) Though it was unexpected, even that adds a clean, interesting tasting note. It might limit other ways to use it, but I will always have it in my tea. NOTES: Unless the company fails to compensate, issues with broken jars are not a valid factor in product rating. It is meaningless to rate a food untasted. [Perhaps Amazon could add a category for packing/ shipping issues (please?)] It defeats the purpose to put organic edibles into contact with plastics. Plastics universally break down into gases/micro-plastic particles of highly questionable safety for ingestion. I purchased this honey because it is in glass jars, I would not be a return customer for plastic containers. ... show more

I love this product and use it almost everyday. Some delivery problems ... I usually order a set of two ... and have done so numerous times .. Occasionally some damage ... today's delivery one of the bottles was broken and honey was all over it and the other bottle .... when there are damages it seems to be because of a lack of enough packaging material to keep the bottles from bouncing around ... show more

These are glass jars. Received in a box with one thin piece of bubble wrap covering both jars. One jar was completely cracked and broken. Love the honey though.

This honey is great but my last two shipments of it came broken. They re-sent and came broken again. Needs to be packaged better or needs “fragile” written on the back. Hate that it was wasted and that I had to throw away so much precious honey. They eventually just refunded me but disappointed to waste this delicious and nourishing honey. ... show more
