This is definitely authentic, rich, dark, wildflower honey. Supposedly a unique blend of several different honeys from around the world. Absolutely delicious in tea and cooking. I’ve used it for honey sesame chicken and plan to bake bread with it too. Tastes pretty much the same as the wildflower honey you can find at the grocery store but at a way better price. Good value for the price I still have to test to make sure it’s true honey you know you put it on a paper towel and if it doesn’t go through then it’s honey and that corn syrup. Check back with me in a month

This has been my third order of this honey. The flavor is wonderful for tea and cooking. I've used it for fermenting garlic as well and it's a very good quality. Will be ordering more when I start to run low.
