I had a similar belt back in the 60's and have always wanted to get one again to show my rock and roll side once again. Being 50 years older and 50 pounds heavier than I was back then, I'll leave the "modeling to those who ate younger and cuter, but leave you with some useful information... The belt fits the loops in any jeans and many other pants. I dont know what other reviewers were talking about with the odor problem, smells like a new leather belt to me. I'm hoping the belt will last longer since the grommets should reinforce the holes. I have a big belly, so its a little difficult to navigate both of the cleats into the holes quickly without looking in the mirror, and still a little tricky, so I probably will not be wearing this as an "every day" belt because that could get tiresome. Quality? Well, it's not 3 mil thick leather straight off of a steer, it is clearly several ply of who knows what, but there's some leather in there. You'll need to spend at least 4 times the price of this one to get something in pure cowhide. I'm very pleased. ... show more

I've had this belt for a LONG time, I don't wear it that often (I have been wearing it a lot lately though.) but it's still in pristine condition. Though I did lose the chain, but oh well, I can just buy another. Definitely recommend!! Has endless adjustability!!

Keep in mind that this was my everyday for about a year and then disintegrated mid shift. Doesnt smell funky so idk how that came about in the ideas print. I will say this belt will fit just about anyone. Looks dope, loopholes make it super easy to get on even with one hand, not very thick though. I could have sized down… but I wanted to use it both as a conventional belt on jeans/slacks/skirts… AND at my waist, over a shirt… where one sort of takes the longer tail, folds it back and behind the belted portion… so it hangs downward. Ladies… YKWIM. I was… um… much younger…. During the late 70’s and 80’s, which is when I remember that being the style. I have since seen the style come and go… sometimes just knowing how to wear things makes the difference… timeless. It is just. A. Belt. But ALWAYS USEFUL. I really like that the eyelets are black, along with the buckle. Everything looks nice, seems put together well, and doesn’t have glue slopped over the edges. No funny smells.
