rewriting my review because more testing showed me that this battery, in my short time with it, is working very well. first off, i don't think the iphone displays the correct %.. I've had the phone idle for days and it stays at 100%, but then once I use it... it'll drop 30%+ within ten minutes. so I believe because it isn't an official battery, ios cannot reflect the correct % which isn't a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. if you're going to be spending the day with it.. just make sure you charge it for a few hours even if it says it's at 100%. not really fault of the battery but instead the whole apple operating system's fault for not being compatible. also just had the operating system (ios) saying it had 30% bat left, and the next day it was turned off due to the battery being dead... connected it to the charger and it came back on with it saying 10% battery charge... so ios definitely has issues with properly reflecting the correct battery % which is completely iOS's fault. i was able to record, using the memo app, 9 hours of audio recording when starting at 43% charge. i'm also able to play a good 12+ hours of youtube video via safari. i think it's probably because safari will only play 360p video since the iphone is so out of date. keep in mind, this phone can't use any apps because it doesn't get updates anymore and apps don't support it. only safari works for me. without safari, this iphone would be almost completely worthless. i am however using it for audio recording via the memo app and that works fine. depending on how long this battery lasts, i may buy another for my iphone 6s and iphone 5s.

So far I am very pleased with this battery replacement. With receiving it just today, I can't comment as to the longevity of the battery, however I can comment that it was a cinch to install. I recommend to anyone that may be needing to replace the battery in their IPhone 6 Plus.

I would do 10 stars is that was an option. Instructions said to discharge to 8-10 percent a few times, battery will go all day on multiple video calls, navigation etc and still not get to 10% by evening. Original battery was never close to this ones capacity. Best $20 i have spent. I does show as not original apple battery but who cares, way better than original!

I used the kit to replace the battery on my old iPhone 6 because the OEM battery somewhat exploded to the point the front of the phone buckled! For around $10 I could see how difficult it is to replace a battery in the phone. It turns out it is not very difficult at all! The instructions with this battery are pretty bad. I can't understand with today's technology of translation, and also willing people to translate, that these instructions are never very good and often misspelled. On to the actual kit, this worked out pretty well overall. Found a good video online that explains exactly what you need to do to take out the old battery and put in the new one. The only issue I had with this kit is there are about three parts that are unexplained on how you would use it and they are all in my second photo. Possibly the blue thing is used to wedge off something I'm not sure and the smaller blue cellophane thing I am sure is used to glue down the new battery, but I didn't need that since the old glue stayed in place. The larger cellophane I believe is used to put a seal around your phone to seal it back together. I didn't see a seal when I opened up the phone so I figured it has worked this far this way, why change it. Other than that, and the battery installed fine and is charging up perfectly. So my advice is if you have a phone that has a bad battery, take a chance and try this out.

After watching some YouTube videos (multiple times) I finally pulled the trigger on replacing my iPhone SE (1st gen) battery. It went amazing well! I had a few minor issues: pulling out the adhesive strips (yup, they broke) and the video addressed how to deal with that. With some blow dryer heat and some gentle prying, I was able to get the old battery out. Yay! The other issue was knowing which screwdriver-type tool to use with which screws. The screws are incredibly tiny. Repeat: incredibly TINY. 😕 I’d say the reassemble process took more time than the disassemble time. Those teeny tiny screws were challenging (along with figuring out which tool to use). After the successful reassembly the new battery showed it was 65% charged (out of the box). I went ahead and plugged in the device to fully charge to 100%. GREAT news, the battery has only gone down by 2% after 4 hours. Woo-hoo! With the original battery it would go from 100% to 20% in a matter of 2 hours ☹️. And then from 20% to zero % within minutes. I am so pleased that I now have a reliable device that I use mainly for reading ebooks and for music, plus some random apps that I got for free way back when. And a side note, I’m a female in my late 60’s, and am quite proud of myself for my accomplishment. If I can do it, you can too!

Let's start with the obvious. 24,300mAh is PHYSCIALLY IMPOSSIBLE for the size of the battery. We do not have the technology to make a battery with that capacity at this size. Realistically, it's about 2,300mAh. That's less than Apple's battery. This is a lie of a title and a product. It's a shame amazon promotes these types of misleading products, with these batteries known for being extremely poor quality. The tools included are the generic assortment of bargin bin tools. The instructions were for a differnt iPhone model. I did not tear off the fake label to see under, but I can guarentee you that this battery has seen more than 0 cycles. I warn those who need a battery, DON'T USE THIS. Buy a battery from iFixit or another source that does not claim more than the original capacity of the battery.

First battery came with a large bump on the bottom and the case wouldn't close (see pic) so inspect before taking apart your phone. This one is the same size and shape as a new Google Pixel 6 battery. Phone turns on and is currently charging. Time will tell how long will last. Make sure to watch as many videos to figure out how to do this successfully. There's many videos but the kit comes with everything.

Works well very easy to replace and it fit right into the phone i was able to fix my boot loop pretty quick and easy I will say it’s only for temporary repairs I would use the Battery as a complete replacement since it’s not an official battery there were no issues with other components getting corrupted but it does overheat after a few hours of using the phone but that’s completely normal with the model
