Expect a full day work - perfect fit, instructions are complete but do lack specifics for what particular bolts to use in some cases (e.g. dipstick reinstall). Very happy with the Banks product and value.

I’m not sure about all the performance gains, but getting rid of the grid heater nut is nice piece of mind. That said you can buy a knock off on Spelab cheaper but I’m sure it is also cheaper quality. Not something I’d play with on a diesel in today’s world. They are just too damn expensive now to buy a new one ... show more

Had this installed a couple months ago. I was having issues with my 2017 ram diesel lagging low end. This intake definitely made my truck run smoother and I gained better mileage on longer trips.
