This is a second screen that came back defective. First one stops responding to touch randomly and needs to reboot. The second one does not respond to the touch when the phone is on its side. Returning it for a refund. Even though the screen did not work out, the customer service was excellent. They responded promptly and were very courteous. Getting defective parts was annoying, but it is not the seller's fault. But they made it easy to resolve the issue.

Easier than I thought it would be. The seller claims they will email your video to you after purchase, thats not true. The videos are available on Amazon though through this order page, so no need. It does not come with a magnetic screw map, so forget that. You'll need to be mindful of all the screws you take out so organize them well. Watch the video carefully and try not to skip any steps. As far as the screen, it is a decent replacement, it was easy to install, but there are a few caveats. The screen for the iPhone 13 Pro Max does protrude the casing, so keep that in mind, it will not look like your old screen. The quality is 5/10 as it does have botchy color filtering, you can almost see every pixel, but it is an LCD screen. It does tend to glitch out briefly, dont know what thats about. My battery drain is much faster, and it also doesnt charge as quickly. Face ID and others took a minor hit, but they still work, I would (and did) just reset Face ID and re-do it so it works better for you. It came with a screen protector so that was nice. Overall, this is a decent replacement if you need the screen quickly for a couple months I figure. My phone cracked on a Sunday and most repair places were closed, so I needed it same day because of business I needed to take care of the next day, and it came same day. I will update review if I see anything else worth noting. Update 1: I found that the screen was glitchier than anticipated, but support was very kind and offered me a replacement or refund. The manufacturer is more than serious about standing by their products and for that I appreciate them. Update 2: So days later now my screen is officially glitching full time. There are horizontal lines that kind of look like a mirror of the top of my screen. It used to only happen when I turned the brightness down to a certain point now it doesnt matter where the brightness is. Phone hasnt been dropped or anything since repairing it. I would advise against buying this screen. Refund or not I think this was a waste of my time.

Easy to install, bright backlight, good value over apple replacement, function as it should including thumbprint recognition. A 64th inch thicker than oem, but you dont notice. Phone still fits in cases.and with screen protector on.

Update: I contacted their customer service and they sent a replacement free of charge which has been working well. The product fit and worked well for a while. Installation took a couple hours. The screen stopped responding to touch after a month, I am unsure if I got a bad unit or if they are all like this.

Good screen for price! This is a good option if you need a good value screen quickly. Amazon was able to get this to me overnight. The screen comes well packaged with the tools needed to do the repair as well as a replacement seal and screen protector! The screen was easy to replace and functions as expected. If you follow the included repair guide video, functionality such as FaceID, front camera, speaker, light sensor etc will remain intact. The low cost does mean it is not an exact replacement. This is an LCD screen (higher battery drain) with less vibrant colors than the OEM screen. The phone will also warn you that is it not a genuine screen replacement and therefore disable features such as True Tone. It is also slightly thicker than the original and will therefore sit slightly more raised, as opposed to the flush OEM screen. Overall, if you need a functional screen replacement quick and cheap this is a good option. If you want a high quality exact replacement, you may want to consider other options.

Pros: easy installation, very nice install kit with easy to use tools. Good fit, good I age quality overall Cons: screen real estate slightly reduced and off center, magnet charging creates phantom screen clicks so it cannot be used when I have it on my magnetic car charger, battery drains way faster than before. Overall it’s okay, and it bought me a little extra time before I absolutely need to replace my phone, and for a very affordable price, but some of its shortcomings are quite disappointing.
