I purchased this for Halloween as a witch’s costume. First, I will say, it should only be worn as a costume, due to the quality, and for that reason I really like it. I am 5’ and normally wear size xs/sm, and the medium fit fine, even the sleeves were not long, which is very surprising as I “always” have to have the sleeves altered. Again I am short, but with high heels, the jacket is just a little long. As for the dress, the length fits me as it does in the picture, it’s is short and form fitting. The inner skirted part of the jacket is lined with stiff netting, which gives it body. Used as a costume, and compared to a “ready-to-wear” packaged costume, I think it’s so much nicer and has a more authentic feel. I purchase a feathered witch hat with netting, and a broom. Hoping these Accessories complete the look!

To say I was disappointed by this purchase would be an understatement. I’ll be returning it immediately. The dress is NOTHING like what’s pictureed. The lace underlay is a different pattern, fit, and cut than pictured. It shows a scalloped hem, but it’s very clearly straight. The pattern pictured is not the same as the actual dress. The cape is AWFUL. I ordered down a size (L) so it would fit a bit tighter, but it was ridiculously oversized. Even trying to hold it behind me to see if I could make it tighter didn’t help. Instead of feeling sexy in this, I felt disgusted and gross. As you can see, it is not flattering in the least. In addition to fitting poorly, the fabric for both pieces is cheap and itchy. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

The media could not be loaded. The dress came in time for Halloween. It fit true to size. There is a little stretch. (5’7”, 190 lbs) The dress is short. If you have a larger backside this may end up being a long top. Will need something under the dress due to the sheerness. Overall I’m happy with the price and look (without any alterations).

Loved this costume from the photos and it was reasonably priced. Bought it for a costume party. I actually love the lace dress and would wear it with out with a tank dress under or as a fun coverlet at the beach, however, the jacket sleeves are very thin and too short for my long arms. Additionally, the quality of the jacket is low. Reminds me of the kids costumes of the early 2000s. I bought an extra, long tulle skirt to wear under it, which helped, but rolling up the sleeves didn’t look quite right.

I expected a least a little better quality of dress instead I put this thing on only to feel like I walked out of the costume store in a poorly made Halloween movie. Fabric is meh. They have the right idea for a style. But come on. This dress shouldn’t cost more that $15 if that.

Perfect for a costume, but that’s it. It is very cheap fabric overall and I would not want to be near any open flame wearing this dress. Also it is cut really small. I normally wear a medium and I bought XL because of the reviews and it fits perfect. The lace under dress as many reviewers stated is too small/short. It’s literally a tight tunic barely covered things standing still. If I walked, it would rise up. It’s also different than the lace top that is pictured; the photo looks like more of a mock neck and what I received was more like a tight crew neck and the lace pattern is different. The over dress is again very cheap fabric, probably see-thru for lighter skinned people. It also has black tulle on the inside which helps to give the dress some shape. It is also very long which is nice. If you are short or not wearing high heels, it will drag but that my not be bad depending on the look going for. Overall, this is perfect for a costume - witch, goth, steampunk, mortician etc and for that it gets four stars. Get it larger than the size you’d normally wear.

I paid 40.00 for this costume for a certain themed party I was attending, I had to go out & search in stores after this package came due to it not being what It looks like. The "Cape" is literally so huge and so much bigger and has 3 different layers of fabric, and looks and feels like something you would buy a child from a Halloween store. And the dress is definitely not what it is in the pictires. It was very long, not form or body fitting what so ever.. I ended up having to go the day of the party to try to find a proper outfit for the party because i couldn't wear what was sent to me.. I wear a small/medium.. I ordered a small & tge dress was still very long, lose, and it came all wrinkled & inside out like it had been returned. As for the cape or outer wear of this picture.. It definitely doesn't look like the pictures and it was more like a very long childs Tutu with sleeves. That's the material it is, and I definitely am not happy with the purchase. And I have tried reaching out to get a refund, I can't find any options for it from this seller....

I think the cape looks generic on the hanger but thought it photographed nicely. Loved the lace dress that came with even though it was different than the picture. It was true to size for me and was perfect for what I needed it for.
