I absolutely love these salt and pepper grinders!! After going through cheaply made ones, year after year, I started searching online for something more durable. I'm so glad I found these. They work great, and hold up to constant use. They fit perfectly in my wooden holder, looks like they were meant to be together. They look nice on the stove or table, no need to hide these in a cupboard. They also have a nice expensive feel to them. They are packed in a nice box that can be wrapped up and given as a gift. These are a keeper for sure!

These look great in the kitchen with their wood accents. I feel like the salt grinder dispenses too much salt at a time (be careful!) but the pepper grinder is perfect.

The grinder mechanism failed within 6 weeks and is not repairable. Upon posting this comment I was offered a refund or replacement and chose the latter. So far, so good. They work and they’re handsome and capacious.

Finding a good set of salt and pepper grinders is way harder than it should be! Sometimes they’re pretty, but then the salt and pepper is two course or they don’t function great. These are awesome. The course of the salt and pepper is just right and they’re pretty and I’m so happy I found this set. Price was great. Dooooo it!!!

I always like to wait a little while before posting a review. I’d like to see if the product holds up and if it works well. I was so excited right when I took these out of the box. They were extremely well and professionally packaged. They look exactly as they did in the photos. They were easy to fill, and they work wonderfully! They even class at my kitchen a little!! I’ve been trying to hunt down a really unique set of salt and pepper grinders for months and I’m so glad I finally found these!

Unfortunately, these salt and pepper shakers leave bits of salt and pepper on the counter every time you set them down (even with large salt flakes and peppercorns). This seems to be a common issue with downward facing grinders, so I'm not knocking it too much as it's basically inherent to the basic design. Either way, I figured I'd leave a review to confirm that these shakers do indeed suffer from this issue, since I didn't find any mention of it when reading the reviews before I bought these grinders. Other than that, they seem like good grinders. They use a stainless steel housing for the ceramic grinder itself, which should prevent any abrasion from salt flakes over time (like I ended up getting with my previous grinder, which had a plastic housing). They're easy to fill and to adjust the granularity. Visually they're pretty solid. They don't feel cheap at all and the wood accents are done well. One thing to note is that there are no markings to tell the difference between salt and pepper; in fact, the two grinders are identical visually and functionally. Instead of a marking, with the glass window you can just look at see what you're reaching for--as long as there's enough of it in the grinder to see through the window. So, overall a quality item with an unfortunate design flaw. If only they made a similar grinder set with upward facing grinders.
