Just right on the workbench
Color: 6" 1/2hp
My old buffin wheel finally gave up the ghost, and I use it so rarely, I just couldn’t justify buyin a big name one. This on was just the right price and runs at just the right speed for my needs. I do custom leatherwork and many times folks drop off their knives needin a new sheath and the knife’s finish is a bit rough. If’n I know they ain’t real cowboys, I polish the blades a bit, cause I know they’ll appreciate the extra attention to detail when making them a custom sheath. If’n they’re real cowboys, I leave the blade finish alone so I don’t get a look of bewilderment at why I would waste time polishing a work knife. Anyways, this is a great polishin/buffer for occasional light work since it doesn’t have a variable speed. It just has one speed…on.

Value for Money - Top Priority
I needed a small buffer for metal polishing, including guitar frets and hardware. This fit the bill perfectly., I did not want to spend a ton of money and found that I didn't have to. I gave up a variable speed to save money and was concerned about it. No need for concern. The max RPM is pretty perfect of what I need. I can't recommend this enough.

Needed a polishing motor that wouldn't bog down
Color: 10" 1hp
I build all my tool stands using simi brake drums and schedule 40-8" pipe . It makes a heavy duty stand that will not tip over. This polishing motor has good torque and suits my needs very well. Good price for what it is. No vibration. I read a review stating it was dangerous?? I've been polishing for over 55 years and have found what makes a machine dangerous is the person being careless. Treat it with respect and you'll be safe. I polish large motor parts down to custom carburetors and do it safety. It can be done. I was very happy with this polishing motor until it came loose from its base. returned for a second polisher which is solid so far, That's why you get the warranty.

Nice polisher for the money
The polisher is powerful, and does not move on the bench top! you do not have to bolt it down or clamp it, it works great
