I love my luggage! I got it for a trip to Thailand for 2 weeks & traveled all around & all kinds of flights. It is sturdy & light weight & held up perfectly! It’s so easy to push & just glides! The zippers are the best I have ever seen on luggage! I love the design & colors of this luggage too! Only thing I would change…I would make it expandable. I thought it was kinda pricey, so I waited till I caught it on sale. I did buy clear covers to protect the outside while traveling & that was a great idea! Really impressed with this brand!

On a recent multi-city trip through Europe, I took the 28in check in with me and checked in for the first time since I started traveling. I'm a carry-on person and hate waiting for baggage claim beyond reason or dealing with the exorbitant fees that airline charges for them. It seemed highly impractical to choose a light color luggage on this trip but I like traveling in style, and it was easy to spot from the sea of black and blue luggages. While it may be pretty, it was also tough and durable. The wheels hold up over rough and uneven cobblestone alleyways, gappy concrete sidewalks and unpaved surfaces. It has more than enough room for a month's worth of wardrobe if you were to use packing cubes. The laundry bag that comes with it is too small but I used it for my shoes to prevent them from getting my clothes dirty. At the end of the trip, there were minor scuff marks but no major wear and tear though it had some pretty rough treatment. This luggage is worth the investment.

Delsey luggage is amazing! In two short weeks it survived 6 flights, 6 different airports, and various cobblestone sidewalks in Europe. I did purchase a luggage cover to help protect it. The wheels are so smooth. It rolls like a dream on sidewalks, tile, carpet, everywhere! The Delsey trunk carried everything I needed for a 2-week vacation that included a wedding and two other formal events. The double zipper is so strong that I didn't have any concerns about someone busting in it. The TSA lock works great too. It does take a little getting used to, and the corner can be a little tricky, but just remember to align the top and bottom and it's a breeze. You can definitely tell the difference in quality with this luggage when compared to what I previously used. I was so impressed that I purchased the small carry-on and the medium check-in as well.

I have purchased 3 pieces - Chatelet 2.0 Laptop Backpack, Hardside 20 inch Carry-on, and the Shoulder Bag all in Angora. I get complements on it every time I travel! I bought this color combo because I also have a LV bag that matches and goes well with color combination. I has held up well and I love the there are added bags for extras that match and pack well. The color is light but I have not noticed any scratches or scuffs so seems to be holding up well. Highly recommend

These are beautiful luggage pieces on the outside and have a lovely interior design. I have all the different compartments to pack everything I need for travelling and keep everything secure. The luggage wheels are effortless to manoeuvre on any floor/ground, or carpet. I love that feature because it makes travelling so much easier. I have a few designer luggage pieces, and this one is one of the best, and I am glad to have made this purchase.

Purchsed 6 pieces of luggage, and a carry bag had a frayed handle on first trip. I saw that several other customers reported the same problem. Delsey service was horrid. I wrote, I stayed on their help line till I got dropped twice. Finally, they wrote back that I had to send it to the nearest drop-off repair location - at my cost! It didn't matter that I'd purchased an entire set. I just hope I don't encounter issues with the other larger pieces that would cost considerably to mail to a depot. This is ridiculous for a premium brand at a premium price. Other retailers here offer a free replacement at no cost.

The media could not be loaded. I spent a lot of time researching suitcases for a recent trip to Japan with several hotel changes and luggage transfers. I ended up purchasing four bags, two different quality Delsey bags and two same quality TravelPro hardside checkin bags. This one was the winner. I was really happy with the toughness of the exterior shell, as well as the stability of the handle and smooth glide of the wheels. The shell did get some scratches and marks, but I expected that with the chosen color and with the amount of transferring that occurred on this trip. The thick zipper could be tricky to zip which could be annoying to some people, but I found it to be extra secure and tough. I did have a zipper tooth misalignment issue with another brand’s bags which did not happen with the Delsey bag. Overall I was really happy with the quality of this bag and the price that I paid. I expect to be able to use this bag for several years.

I love Delsey and this piece is #5 to my collection. This one has plastic caps on the handle which, I am hoping, didn’t make it less durable. The plastic caps on the handles also made it not match the rest of my luggage and took away the slightly elegant look metal handle caps give the luggage. Had I bought this piece first, I probably wouldn’t have kept buying this style of luggage. This one also had corners that are brown, which is good to keep it from getting scratched up, but also made it not match the other luggage. I compared the names several times to see if maybe this was a little different style, but it says it’s the same style. I always use plastic covers on this luggage to avoid getting scratches on the white and it works very well.
