I purchased the Safety Set for my xTool F1 Ultra. I assembled the set according to the included manual and then attempted to turn it on. The unit would not power on. I created a support ticket on the xTool site. xTool responded, telling me I needed a control box, power supply, and a safety switch. These items were not mentioned or illustrated in the manual, were not in the online manual on the xTool site and were not included in my purchase. I had assumed the USB cable from the set to the laser would carry the power for the set since the ONLY connections described were the extinguisher tube and the USB cable. I cannot believe the set is sold without the items required for it to work. More curiously, I cannot find the items for purchase on the xTool site or Amazon.

The setup process is decent and better explained via the website. The tape provided doesn’t work for all surfaces but seller reached out to provide better tape. Exceptional customer service! It’s a little bulky but gives you a peace of mind!
