This combo is so easy to use..No more peeling and chopping garlic. Roll cloves in the rubber cylinder to remove shell. Snip tips of cloves. Put cloves in press. Squeeze and it oozes from the holes. Then use the brush to get excess stuck on the outside. When you open the press, inside is residue to remove and discard. The brush also cleans the press before you put it in the dishwasher. I had been using a Pampered Chef garlic press which got lost. I didn't want to pay their exorbitant price! This press works even better! The roll to remove garlic skin is my new "best friend". It is so nice to have the brush to get any fine parts out of the holes. Great product!

It is very high quality. It feels sturdy when I use it. Great finish on it. I use garlic very often. Now I do not have to chop it with the knife. It is so much faster and my fingers don’t smell like it for days. I highly recommend this garlic press. I did not use the brush and garlic skin peeler that come in the box. I cannot rate those.
