Absolutely love my laser. The only issue was trying to figure out what I wanted to make. I highly recommend buying a large silicon mat to place under your machine so you don't damage your surface below your project!

Did engrave my son’s name on his metal cup but wouldn’t cut through the coating on a coated cup. Did get the design in but the 10W at 100% wouldn’t get down to metal. All in all, neat tool

Make signs, engraved tumblers, add you name to your tools or “from the kitchen of” to your pyrex dish before you loan it out, make crochet blocking boards, embossed leather portfolios, and on and on. Enjoyable crafts, nice results and pretty easy to work with for a novice. Minus one star for the extensive permission you must give xTool if you want to use the wireless system, but you can still use it with a USB cord.

Love this laser etcher! I have done several little projects and has worked great! Had to learn to not use in a bright room or outside in sun. Needs darker area or will throw flame detection. Once ya learn some of the little things ya need to do...it awesome!
