I have ordered this air assist twice ad each time the usb dongle was MISSING. I called xtool twice to let them know aboutthe situation. Each time they say they would escalate the situation and that I would receive an email in 24hrs letting me know what steps I need to take next. Never received the emails. BE cautious when receiving this device make sure tou have ALL THE PARTS. ... show more
