This one has the thicker tubing for the frame, 1.4mm. It has a 1500 lb rating where some others only rated 1000 lbs or less. The springs used ARE an upgraded spring over a cheapy trampoline. Instructions are easy to read and accurate. Customer service is absolutely awesome with XMIKA. I like the product a lot. However as soon as we hooked the sprinkler up and turned on the water the hose popped and busted about 2 inches long. Cant use the sprinkler anymore.

Impressed with the tarp sturdiness but the safety net design poles are cheap and flimsy and the basketball hoop never sat level. After our son birthday party the small kids using the basket bent the pole holding it simply because it was never designed for the purpose. The straps holding the netting to the poles also tore off and that was not surprising based on the cheap Velcro design that was chosen. I expected better for the money we spent.

The net consistently slides down the poles. I’ve tried zip ties to hold the clips together and the net still slides down. Spend more time having to fix it then anything. Now I’m off to Lowe’s to try to figure out something to rig it so this doesn’t keep happening. So frustrating!!!

Within 12 hours the net was already ripped (photo - it's so much worse now!) The way it is made to stay at the top of the poles is so flimsy its a joke. Or first trampoline was super cheap, but the net was so much better quality. We paid quite a bit more for one to hold more weight as we have 3 middle school boys and the net has ripped, the clips are flimsy plastic, and in some places the attachmentvstraps have completely ripped from the net. Supposedly a new net is coming, but I haven't received any shipping information (I contacted Amazon immediately). It has been over 2 weeks since I have set it up, and bungee cords are all that's holding the net in place. The trampoline itself is great. It is advertised as 1500lb capability, yet the paperwork in the packaging says only 1000lbs, so I am confused by that as well. We bought this one specifically because of weight allowance as the are many boys over jumping quite often. Not the happiest with the purchase and still hoping the new net arrives soon and is better!

Had up for a month now. Kids love it. Easy to assemble instructions. Only complaint is netting likes to ride down slightly as belt connectors dont tighten as much as needed. Have to keep pulling up to top over time. Used zip ties to secure much better. Overall a good product

I love the size however the netting that goes aroud it tore in under weeks. Also it came in 3 different shipments and almost a month to get all the pieces
