This is a great dumbbell rack. Very sturdy. We have a set of 5-50 lb dumbbells in 5 lb increments on this rack and we have half of the bottom rack and part of the top rack open for additional room. The rack currently has 550 lbs on it and it doesn't even seem to be phased at all. It's also a huge bonus that this rack has each level angled out from each other which makes it much easier to pull the dumbbells out from the rack. We have the Body Solid dumbbell set, and considered the Body Solid two-tier rack. However, many of the reviews stated they had issues with receiving the Body Solid rack damaged from poor packaging for shipping. So, we chose the Xmark rack instead and are extremely happy with it. The packaging for shipping was great - no damages at all to the rack and everything was in tact. It's also cheaper than the Body Solid rack. This rack is also very easy and simple to put together. I would recommend having a socket wrench on hand, which will make tightening the bolts much easier.

I am not really a review writer but felt this may be useful to others. I was looking for a rack to hold both Hex (15-45lbs) and Kettle (15-45lbs). Took a flyer and ordered this. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The bottom rack I installed upside down and use that to hold the Kettle Bells. Easily holds (with extra space) the 15-30lb dumbbell pairs (5lb increments) on top rack; 2nd holds 15lb Kettle plus 35,40 and 45lbs dumbbell pairs (with room to spare); bottom rack holds 20-45 Kelltes (5lb increments) perfectly (I have them set with the handles at about 45 degrees)! If you are looking for something that will work for both dumbbells and Kettlebells at a great price, this may be the answer.....it worked for me

About a year ago I bought a set of Body Solid hex dumbbells 5-50 pounds. A month ago I finally purchased a rack for my dumbbells. At first I was considering the Body Solid GDR 363 rack for my dumbbells. After visiting several sites & reading reviews I decided against it. The reason was because some pics showed not all the weights could fit on the rack & some reviewers stated the same thing. But then I read the rack could fit all the dumbbells on other sites......confused I did more searching & came across the XMark rack. After reading the specs & reviews I decided to purchase this rack. I've had this rack for about a month now and I love it. There is plenty of room on this rack to possibly hold another set or two of dumbbells. Construction is solid and there is no flex or bend on the bottom shelf that hold my 40-50 lb. dumbbells. Anyone considering this rack should buy it, you won't be disappointed. All parts were received in excellent condition and the packaging of the rack was excellent. Will definitely buy another one of these racks when I buy my heavier sets of dumbbells..

I recommend this to anyone. The price is great compared to other companies. The color is a darker gray compared to the picture given, but that didn’t bother me (It matches my workout equipment). Easy to put together and it took no time at all. It is sturdy and after adding my weights to it (2x10lbs, 2x10lbs, 2x20lbs, 2x30lbs, 2x40lbs, 2x50lbs, 2x60lbs, 2x70lbs, 2x80lbs, 2x90lbs), I know that it will hold up. It makes it easy to get my weights on and off without any hassle. If were to need another dumbbell rack, this would be the one that I’d purchase.

I needed a weight rack for the pairs of 5-50lb rubber hex dumbells I've had all over the floor. I bought a different model from Amazon, and when it came, it couldn't fit all 10 sets, so 4 dumbells were still on the ground, which seemed pointless. Even though that was $40 cheaper, that one came poorly packed and scratched and was missing hardware, so I returned it and bought this one. This one came extremely well packed, all the parts were wrapped in plastic. It's more than big enough for all my weights -- in fact, it could have been a little smaller (my workout room isn't too big) but I'm not complaining because it's a really solid rack that looks good. My only complaint is that the 16 nuts that came with the product, to secure the bolts in place, were a little too tight. Well, a lot too tight. I'm fairly good at putting together furniture and equipment, but except for 2 nuts which screwed on and tightened nicely, the rest were too tight to be tightened all the way. I ended up giving up on the provided nuts and found some the same size in my toolbox. These looked identical, but tightened down all the way perfectly. Not sure what was wrong -- I think they might have used the wrong plastic ring inside the nuts. This would have been a big problem had I not had a toolbox full of random parts, so hopefully they can fix this for other people who may not be so lucky. I'm giving it 4 stars because they are at least trying to put out a good product unlike the company whose rack i purchased first.
