I have some hamstring injuries from a bad accident. It’s harder to ice then to heat (at least in my case), but my doctor says cool helps inflammation, while heat adds to it. I’m working out but feeling the pain from it. I have bad back issues, as well. The thought of slipping into ice cold water sounded almost hellish, but boy.. it not only wakes up your mind, but recharges your body, too.. and amps up my energy levels, which is awesome 👏! I haven’t tried any other models, but this one looked far more roomy & who wants a baby-sized tank they are stuck in an uncomfortable position, during use? Not me! If I’m in an ice cold bath, I want the most comfort that I can get elsewhere. This is much more roomy, while still being ‘travel-able’ at the same time. It has metal poles for extra support of your tub, during use. It’s a well made product. I haven’t noticed leaking, so doing this inside is a definite possibility for us, using this product ✔️! Never used one b4, but it’s a nice sized tub, sturdy & competitively priced. What more can I say? I’ve been using this cold tub, and it’s been a game-changer! I’ve always found it hard to ice, but this tub makes it manageable. Despite the thought of an ice bath sounding dreadful, it really does wake you up, recharge your body, and boost your energy levels. This tub is much roomier than others I’ve seen, so I don’t feel cramped. I can stretch out my legs a bit, which makes a big difference in comfort during use. The metal poles provide extra support and stability, making it feel secure. I haven’t noticed any leaks, so using it indoors is totally doable. Feeling refreshed, recharged, and even a bit younger—what more could you ask for? Five stars!

I was a bit picky about which of these I got, this was my choice based on the hot water capacity if offers; I'm sure about all the cold plunge tubs will hold water warm enough for bathing also. This size/volume was the next variable. I'm soon to be renovating my bathroom and replacing the old junky tub with a modern stand-up shower. My roommate still wants for a tub, but one that doesn't seem as dangerous as the old ceramic coated steel one, being disabled - falling is a potential risk now, a soft-side unit certainly won't break any bones. This is probably a bit of an unorthodox solution, so we'll see just how well it pans out. Coupled with a stand-up tub filling faucet, this couldn't be much easier for the logistics.

I've been using cold plunges to boost my energy in the mornings. My old ice bath tub was circular and was a tight fit. This one is oval which makes it easier to sit in. At 5'9", there is plenty of space for me. This tub uses steel support bars instead of plastic ones for a more stability. It also comes with a top to keep the ice cold and the water clean when not in use. Great tub.

I own a small round ice bath tub but it was really too small for me plus there’s no where to put my legs. This tub has much more leg room & is easy to get in & out of. I also feel this tub is more stable & secure to be in. If there’s a discount on this ice bath tub, I would definitely recommend ordering this.

I love this ice bath. It’s large and fits my large body perfectly. Good price point and easy set up. Functional and is well made. Ice stays cold for up to a day and really helps improve sleep and recovery. Highly recommended

This cold tub is much roomier than most, with the ability to stretch your legs out some while still being immersed in it. The room also helps get more surface area exposed, as your legs are not close to your body like in most portable cold tubs available. The metal poles help give it a sturdy form compared to the flimsier plastic of some models.
