I bought this for my kitten and it's perfect for him. Minutes after putting it together he came over and scratched on it. It's not a very large structure though, so I wouldn't recommend it for bigger cats. It feels pretty sturdy and doesn't seem like it would be super easily knocked over, but I'll still keep it close to a wall in case of zoomies. My cat had his tower since a kitten, 2 yrs. Today 1 of the stand broke. I place the order around 9am and received it by 2 or 3pm. I used part of the old tree that were in perfect condition and combined it with the new one and now he has a super new and taller tree tower.

It’s fairly easy to put together. Follow the instructions and pictures. Play closer attention to where you place the first three posts On the main platform. It seems to be sturdy enough the cat has played on it and laid in all the slings, and it didn’t shake or fall over. So I would say for the price it’s very very nice. It has The soft carpeting inside the little cave area, all in the slings and the top and the bottom, and it has scratching posts. There are scratching post where the cat can climb up to get on another level. The slings are very sturdy and hold a heavy full size cat! The cats stood over me while I was assembling it. Look at the picture of the item to assemble it, the directions are pretty much useless. Once the cat tree was assembled they were all over it.

This was my first ever cat tower purchase, and I have to say I’m impressed! Assembled fairly quickly and seems sturdy enough. My big guy is 13 pounds and it seems like most towers are meant for kittens, so I took a chance on this one and it’s paid off so far. Tl;dr: It's smaller than you'd expect, made from cheap materials, and the instructions are definitely missing some steps - but if even one cat enjoys it, I think it's worth it. 1. Materials: I was disappointed by how light the base was. It doesn't feel sturdy, and my large cats clearly don't think it's sturdy enough either. I was expecting the material to be sisal (which there is some) and carpeting material, but it's fake fur that is very cheaply made and poorly wrapped. The cats will destroy this in under a dozen claw sharpening sessions. 2. Instructions: Although it was easy for me to put together, there were at least three steps missing and several unlabeled parts. This will frustrate people who really need step-by-step instructions. 3. Size: This thing is small. Many of the pieces are half the size you're expecting. This would be great for little kitties or kittens, but if you have 15 lb big boys or Maine Coons, don't bother with this. 4. Stability: I don't get the feeling that this is stable. It's rickety and shaky. It might not fall over, but it's like that one board in your deck that isn't really going to break but whenever you step on it your heart skips a beat thinking you're about to die in a deck collapse. 5. Appearance: From afar, it looks nice. But once you get up close you can really tell how cheap the materials are. 6. Comfort: My big cats clearly don't feel comfy on this and think it's a death trap. But my smaller kitties have been exploring and climbing on it. I haven't seen anyone sleeping on it though, and I can't blame them since one of the beds has bolt heads sticking out. 7. Value: Even if all my cats aren't interested, I'm happy a couple of them do like it. That means less fighting over couch real estate. It doesn't have to be the fanciest thing, right? Just needs to make one or two cats happy. But I wouldn't buy again. ... show more

Our cat loves her cat tree! Was trying to sit on it and get in it before it was even finished! The fur on the tree is a little thin. And it’s kind of wobbly because it’s on carpet probably. But my husband just screwed it to the floor! Problem solved! As long as she seems to like it, we are happy!😃

This cat tree is very nice and my cats love it! This is perfect for small to medium weight cats. I would not recommend for the big boys.
