This product is absolutely Amazing. Takes a while to get used to and setup, think I struggled for like a week before getting it set up properly, but there's xim discords out there that are full of helpers that will help you get all set up, one is called xim share settings. I went from being a baby silver with a 0.8 KD on roller to a champion with a 1.2 KD in ranked and a 1.75 kd in quick, I only got this device as I have complete nerve damage in my right hand and can't feel my controller or analog stick with my right hand, and it has definitely given me back the edge I lost when my nerves in my right hand died. Make sure you do your research though! Some games havr things like mousetrap you have to actively avoid by doing bypasses such as Rainbow Six Siege, and do your research on what mouse and keyboards are compatible, cuz not all are compatible, some will even seem like they are by working for 5-10 then turning off. I almost threw my xim out until I was told to try a new mouse and keyboard, tried that and I've been golden ever since. If you wanna know ones that work for sure I use the Razer Ornata V3 X for a keyboard and the logitech g305 light speed mouse as a mouse and they both work perfectly. But yeah after all the hurdles and everything is set up, this device works like a dream. ... show more

4 stars because of build quality but use is as intended. However I rate the service at a 4.5 stars because they update it frequently, but imho a little too frequently which causes original game settings to no longer be valid and would have to re-adjust configs

In some applications you might be able to get around it but for the most part this is a very software driven device that won't do a single thing unless you tell it EXACTLY what to do. That means understanding exactly what the game is doing as well. No one really shares configs. If it hasn't ended up in your junk drawer the first day of owning then you've probably got tons of free time to experiment and teach yourself. Though XIM does do a good job of putting that info out there(and they are very responsive on the community forum). There's basically entire online courses for these things. So don't go buying this until you've got a game plan to getting it to do what you want. ... show more

Opened the box. Followed the instructions and nothing. I updated this devices many times and read countless forums and I yet cannot get it to work… what a waste of time.
