I bought several of these to scatter around on the hard wood floors because my old Golden has bad hips and slips and falls. I needed a rug that was soft to walk on, soft enough for old dog hips, easy to clean, non slip and pretty . These rugs are all that and more. I throw them i. the washer and dryer with no dryer sheets and they seem softer than before. I spilled iodine on one of them and it wiped clean instantly! Carpet is soft and very thin. The edges are sewn nicely for an expensive looking finish. The pattern is printed onto the fiber so it’s one solid piece.

It’s pretty thin but it’s gorgeous. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it came folded up in a box so there’s pretty intense wrinkles in it that I’m going to have to steam out. Other than that it’s great for the price.

This is the best area rug I have purchased and I've gone through at least four in the past 3 years. I have two dogs who sometimes have accidents and the occasional vomit. It is no match for this rug! If the soiled area is not big enough for me to wash the whole rug I whip out my little green machine and clean the area and it works wonders. I must say I have spilled an entire 12oz can of seltzer on the rug and it didn't penetrate the backing at all! My old rug (not a washable rug) would suck up everything. No matter how many times I cleaned it with a carpet shampooer it would still be dirty and stinky. NOT THIS RUG! I don't know why I didn't purchase a washable rug sooner! The rug is also so incredibly soft. I have had this rug over two months now and it's still as soft as the day I got it. It's probably time for a quick wash in the washer now that the seasons are changing. I do have to admit it is a bit difficult to vacuum but I found if you vacuum in one direction (forward or backward) it works much better than a constant sweeping motion. As for the wrinkles... surprise they go away! I would say within 2 days of being on the floor the wrinkles went away. If you want you can also use a steamer to help loosen up the wrinkles. Just be patient with it- and that is coming from probably the most impatient person on the planet haha. Well, overall I have no complaints and I will be buying 2 more (one for the bedroom and office). I have a size 8x10 for reference. Don't be startled by the negative reviews. I promise you'll really enjoy this rug! And if you have pets or babies they will too. Well what are you waiting for? Add to cart! 😁
