This knot pillow is perfect for my girls play room and tee-pee decor. It’s soft and easily regains its shape. It washed ok in gentle cycle…air-fluff it for best results.

We picked this pillow up purely based on looks, because, well it does look pretty cool. It's like a clown turned a labradoodle into fuzzy balloons and reshaped him into a furry volleyball. That's the aesthetic we're going for in our house, so it just works. Seriously though, the sort of "infinity" or "mobius strip" visual or the pillow looks cool on the couch, and the color is about as inoffensive and universal as you can get. Good old, khaki. The lines and the inner looping of the pillow are kind of fun to fidget with as you're watching TV or a movie, which is good, because as an actual thing to rest your head on, it's not ideal right out of the box. It's very soft and has a great texture (seriously, if you've ever pet a poodle or labradoodle...it's like that), but after the pillow re-expands to full size from being severely shrinkwrapped, it's still VERY firm. It'll likely soften up and become slightly better for resting your head after a little while, but even then the tubular pillows criss-crossing to make that trinity knot means even as you rest your head on one it's being reinforced from behind by a layer of pillow you're not seeing. Again, I think this is an issue that will resolve with use and as it's squished more and more from people putting weight on it, but right out of the gate, there's a stiffness that makes it not particularly pleasant for use as a headrest. But it's soft and fuzzy, so I'll forgive it. As a fidget pillow, however, it will always be great. Don't fidget too much though, if you go digging into the pillow's innards you will find the place where the ends of the balloonified labradoodle connect with a knot of ribbon, and some secrets best remain hidden. ***Overall Value*** It's a cool little statement pillow, that's fun to play with and is definitely unique compared to the square throw pillows making up the rest of our couch's pillow ensemble. Pillow. Pillow. Pillow. Just in case that last sentence didn't have that word repeated enough for you. Anyways, at roughly the sized of a volleyball it's not a bad size, though we might pick up another one in the bigger size for the sake of shape symmetry and to see if the bigger version affects how smushy the pillow is and how well it works as a headrest.
