Purchased this for my wife and never really realized how unsanitary “regular” toilets and TP are. This thing is fantastic. You can do your business and never touch the toilet or your behind or genitals. Simply step near the toilet, lid goes up. Do your business and it flushes by itself. You never touch anything. The “female” settings get five stars from my wife. I find that having my privates rinsed with warm water is a very pleasant experience and now the toilets in other parts of the house seem like primitive devices. Couple things worth mentioning- the display is in Celsius and unless I’m missing something, no way to change to F. Not really a big deal. The other thing is that I am glad that I also added the suggested “wax less seal”, as it may seem odd, but there is no way to secure the porcelain to the drain flange. The sheer weight of the assembly is all that seals the outlet, and they included a small wax seal with the product. I figured I will try the supplied seal and it was not sufficient to totally seal the flange and I worried about a wax blowout if a plunger is needed. So I did it over with the rubber and plastic wax less seal, “Fluidmaster 7530” and this to me is a must have. Worked perfectly and you can tell by the design this thing isn’t going to leak. And so the install was actually very easy, they supplied the needed adapters so connecting the water supply was a snap. There are a lot of functions and things to get used to, but this is one of the best improvements you can do to a bathroom. The heated seat will really be nice this winter. I am a regular retail Amazon customer and purchased this product outright.

We absolutely love everything about this truly smart toilet. Easy to install, I did it by myself in less than 30 minutes, although I recommend 2 people to lift and position it because at 100lb, it can be quite heavy for one person. All functions are as described,except for the display that can only show temperature settings in Celcius. This could be a bit confusing for US customers. There is also another automated function that does not appear in the instructions manual which comes with the unit, however the company customer service helped me to get it setup and functioning very quickly. Specifically this is "Auto Flush" after a Male Standup business. To set this up, you must first power the toilet off with the button on its remote . You then have to press and hold the "cover close" button (located on the LEFT of the circle on remote), until you hear a beep. One beep means function is ON and 2 beeps means function is OFF. So with auto flushing after Male Standup or Sitting Down, this is a fully functional smart toilet. The bidet functions also work great and we both love the heated dry function. Bottom line is that this smart toilet offers everything and I can't think of any other function that it does not provide, other than perhaps an "auto foam" feature which we have on our guest room smart toilet, but that one is also a little more expensive than this unity because of its foam feature. Great smart toilet which I can confidently recommend to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. This Bidet is fully automatic. We purchased it based on the features and functions and most importantly price, compared to the brand name ones that only came as a bidet attachment. The only recommendation I have for the manufacturers is to upgrade the remote to allow at least 2 user programs to be set up for automatic Wash and Dry cycle in one click based on individual’s preference of water and dry temp and flow rate. I have a similar unit that allows for 2 user programs.

This toilet has everything ever wanted in a toilet, and it also has a remote. The foot sensor is a bonus that not all smart toilets have. The heated seat, automatic lid closure/open and flushing all work well; would recommend.
