The table came with a scratch on the top but the company offered a remedy immediately. I feel like this was due to the shipping company and not the packaging. You will need at least 2 strong people to flip the table up correctly according to the instructions. Ensure you have the space to play so use the measurements and see if you have the ability to move around freely. We have a very large room that is used for entertainment. We got rid of an air hockey table that we had outgrown and was too small. Getting a pool table felt like a big gamble and it was a bit of work getting it carried in the house. SO GLAD WE DID. This has been so much fun. We had some shipping issues, and the seller was so great to work with. Would 100% recommend this. It looks amazing, and it's VERY sturdy. Only recommendation is that you need some tough people to move this, no joke, it's heavy.

Delivery was horrible they left it right in my drive way they could not help me to put it in my home i had to get friends over to help me it was raining i do not like the way they deliver this table i mean they will leave it right on the drive way and not help you other than that its a really nice table also the table came with some dents and scratches

We just received the pool table and it is assembled and put together. We really like it. I will say that it was difficult to assemble. We also bought two benches that had to be assembled. As a matter fact I had to pay a local billiards company to do that because it’s definitely not a one-man job. It’s probably a two or three person job, but, well worth paying a local pool table company to set it up. Keep in mind that the table itself has to be level in order to be efficient so that is important as well. we very much enjoy it. Be prepared to help the delivery people. It is quite heavy and make sure that you are prepared to have people help to bring in your home because of the weight of the boxes. It came out as we expected. It is very nice looking and fits our room very well. I would definitely order it again.

Nice but sloppy job on the finish has glue on top of dinning table and a ding on the leg. On the joint of the top dinning table is not flush and glue on the finish.

It was three months delayed to get delivery. I had to put a refund claim to get the freight company to take it to my house. They also left it halfway down my drive way and I had to drag it inside by myself. The tables parts were machined wrong, so I had to take off the bottom two supports on the legs and drill new holes for other parts to fit. Overall it’s not worth the money and I wish I could get my money back.
