This fountain is gorgeous! The water sound is loud and can be heard across the yard. I took a star away because I bought a used one that arrived damaged. Even though some connectors and splash guards were broken, I still love it. It’s the perfect 15 year wedding anniversary gift.

Bought the fountain used... but was supposed to be as new. Fountain arrived with a broken piece on the top, and a faulty pump. Should have just paid the extra money and bought the new one. Will not make this mistake again.

We love this fountain. We did have to use a different longer tube from the pump to the fixture at the pineapple. The hardest thing is maneuvering the pump into the slot and proper placement - not a lot of wiggle room there. The water flow is somewhat adjustable at the pump.

    • Looked easy to put together but turned out to be a nightmare.

This was a nightmare to put together because the video was in fast motion instead of slow. I had to keep rewinding it. Also the hose provided is too short to hook up to the water pump. I notified the vendor and requested a longer hose. I will probably have to go to Home Depot or a pumping supply store to get a longer hose. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to put together. Looks great. People complain about it losing water but you are going to get evaporation in any fountain. Wife loves it.
