  • Good controllers, easy to use, but there's a slightly cheap quality feel..
Style: Robot White
I love the look and feel, and it's very easy to use on PC. You just connect it via bluetooth (turn on bluetooth, start searching for devices, turn on the controller, and press the little button on top towards the back (on top of the battery pack). You can immediately use it from there. My only concern is the cheap-ish feel of the grip part of the controller. If you squeeze the left and right sides of the handles, you'll feel the grip part of the controller creak easily. Makes the controller feel less durable overall. But other than that I loved using it. It's worth grabbing on a sale if you like or are interested in using controllers for steam games. Edit: I only noticed now, but the LB button isn't crisp and feels as though it's slightly broken. I just thought it was position/angle of my finger when trying to press it but today after experimenting, it's definitely a bit scuffed. It's functional but requires 2x the force to press than RB. RB is perfect and clicks just fine, but LB does not click that well when you press it. It's like pressing a button that had a bit of soda or something spill on it and dry up, making it feel a bit "viscous" when you press it down if that makes any sense. (And no I did not spill soda on it, I 0don't eat or drink anything anywhere near my setup, that's just poor manners and recipe for disaster. ... show more

  • Perfect for MacOS
Style: Robot White
Works perfectly with MacOS Tahoe. Made the mistake of buying a NON Microsoft Xbox controller - MUST BE MADE by Microsoft to work - there are a lot of companies that are licensed to make Xbox controllers - but they don't work for some reason. Make sure it's from Microsoft - not "Officially licensed by Microsoft." ... show more

  • It works
Style: Robot White
It's an xbox controller. So yes it works. It does amaze me though how the Xbox One has been out since 2013 and these controllers are still $70. I've never seen tech hold on to a price so firmly. Any other item and the price would be down in the $30 range by now. But nope. Idk how. The tech is over 13 year old. Imagine buying an Iphone 7 at it's original price. But that's why you're here on amazon probably. Either too lazy to get out of your Dorito smeared "lightly used" gaming chair to go to the store, or like me you did go to the store and realized a 13 year old item is still holding stronger than $7 publix angle food cake at the same price it was day one. So you went online to find the cheap knock off. Idk if this is a knockoff but it certainly doesn't feel like one. It feels identical to my original remote and there's a good chance it's a true xbox remote. Good remote. Would recommend getting this one. ... show more

  • Sold As New by Microsoft Xbox, But Sent a Used, Damaged, and Defective Controller
Style: Robot White
I purchased this Xbox One controller for $58 expecting a brand new, factory-sealed product. The listing made no mention of the item being used, renewed, or refurbished in any way. In fact, the seller was Microsoft Xbox themselves—which gave me full confidence that I was buying directly from the source, not a third-party seller with questionable inventory. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but new. - The box arrived torn and looked like it had already been opened. The seal appeared broken or removed. - The controller itself had clear scuff marks and wear, especially around the grips and thumbsticks. - It was missing the protective sleeve or interior packaging that brand new Xbox controllers typically come with. - Upon testing it in-game, I immediately noticed severe stick drift—to the point where the camera or movement would constantly drift without touching the stick at all. It made the controller unusable for gameplay. What makes this even more disappointing is that this wasn’t from some random off-brand or marketplace seller—this was from the official Microsoft Xbox storefront. I expected much higher quality control and integrity in what’s being shipped out under their name. This feels like a bait-and-switch. I paid full price for what I believed was a new controller, but was shipped what looks like a used return, damaged unit, or something pulled from a refurb pile and sold as new. That’s completely unacceptable—especially coming from the brand itself. I've initiated a return and reported the issue, but this kind of experience seriously erodes trust in the Microsoft Xbox storefront. I strongly urge other buyers to inspect their orders carefully, even when buying directly from a trusted brand. I also hope Microsoft takes this issue seriously, because this isn’t just a shipping error—it’s a breach of customer trust. ... show more
