My controller arrived on time. The packaging was okay. It worked properly when I added batteries inside and it connected to my Xbox One S. The controller looked clean and new. So far it is working fine, I like the color and style. I don't see anything wrong with this one at the moment. I'm loving it for now. Buying this one used was a great choice for the price since I needed a new controller that wasn't too expensive. I will update my rating if I come across any problems!

I was slightly leery about buying this controller after reading a few reviews about issues people were having, but I do believe people can be over critical at times and also believe businesses recieve these bad reviews and work to deliver a better service. That being said, the controller I ordered was described as "used-like new" condition. That's exactly what I got. It came in a factory box that wasnt dented or crushed. It also came with instructions, which i didnt think it would, and after careful inspection and testing, I found I had recieved an item that looks and performs like a brand new xbox controller. No scratches, dents, nicks, dust, nothing. All buttons are crisp feeling with great sensitivity. Very satisfied I made the decision to go used just to save a few bucks. Keep up the good service. 👍

It's a great controller and I love it for both console and mobile gaming check out asphalt 8-9 games you will love it. But anyway in the photo bi have taken close up of the rear as the grip on this is slippery once your palms behind to sweat that's the only thing I find I dislike about this controller and if there was a way I could rubberized it I certainly would so don't get me wrong if you love ,like ,admire the color scheme of this controller I RECOMMEND it for a replacement if your old controller is damaged or if you are tech savvy enough you could replace the parts of the old one for a small price. If you having second thoughts about getting a new controller and this is affordable don't hesitate just add to cart and make the purchase don't delay and enjoy the best of both console and mobile gaming

I bought a Mac Mini in which I installed bootcamp and run Windows 10 Pro 64. I bought this controller when I saw one of my favorite youtubers use It for the same setup I have. I turned it on looked for it in my bluetooth devices on Windows and had no issues. It connects everytime. I was playing Forza 4 Horizon with no lag or connection issues at all. Color goes great with my Mac Mini and RGB lights. One little thing I will say is when connecting to windows I had to choose the first menu which included audio devide and keyboard not where it says Controllers such as Xbox controllers which was the last option. Just wanted to put that out there. When I chose controller from the list it never found my Xbox controller and I felt that I had wasted 50 bucks. But something inside me said just click on the first option knowing that this is not an input device or keyboard or mouse and it found it quick and connected with no issues. Very happy with this controller.

Great xbox conteoller. Works like it shouls and has decent battery life. I'm using it with my NZXT PC to play games like Apex legends. Works great via bluetooth for those of us wo dont like using keyboard-style controls. My only complaint is that it can be a bit finicky about the rechargeable batteries that it'll accept. Sometimes perfectly good (and charged) batteries don't work. The controller won't even power on. I've noticed this happens with other controllers too. I had issues with my original white controller that I purchased less than a year ago, with its left joystick drifting to the right when not being touched. I purchased this one as a replacement and it works great. No drifting, everything works, and I love the color combination. It looks better in person than it does in the photos. I always appreciate how Microsoft sticks with using AA batteries as I can just use rechargeable AA batteries. Some of my PS3 controllers barely hold a charge anymore even though the rest of the controller works fine, rendering them mostly useless. I'm still using 10+ year old Xbox 360 controllers since I do not have to worry about the internal batteries wearing out. I also find the Xbox One controllers to be very comfortable. I just wish the center button wasn't so bright as it is distracting when playing at night.

I had to upgrade to these new controllers because my 360 adapter had a driver error that prevented me from being able to connect my controller to play games. its all good though, i actually prefer these controllers over the last generation, and for me it was much easier to strip this one of its housing shell. i also want to add that i bought mines used because i was going to replace the shell, triggers and all that jazz so that im left with the circuit board. for anyone planning to do the same thing, my controller had beard hair and yellowish flakes that i assume was dandruff that worked its way all throughout the inside of the shell. had to do A LOT of cleaning, might not be the case with your used controller but i just thought id give a heads up.
