This is very space saving it’s half size of a normal Xbox One. I love this it works amazing. But there is some flaws also. The controller buttons are already sticking And it only been three months 😕

After reading the reviews of refurbished Amazon gaming consoles, I was very skeptical and in fact tried to find devices on Ebay because of it. Well after 2 weeks of use, with my son's large profile of games being reinstalled, knock on virtual wood. We have not had any issues. The device came on time, with a 30day Microsoft Game Pass access as promised by the ad. Delivery wasn't delayed. So, so good. My only complaint would be the $30 higher than avg cost for a refurbished unit, and not knowing what was done to make it be refurbished, and how it was repaired. But it did advertised Microsoft accepted refurbished, and not just the vendor. We also, purchased Amazon warranty to help reduce the risk. And I've used that company before with Verizon Wireless, and have had 3 phones replaced within a week. So, maybe their quality extends to Amazon products. ... show more

Got this to replace my original xb1. Showed up fast, in good condition, and with a discreet shipping box. Console updates and app downloads took 20 mins. Games take longer to download but that's normal. If it's your first xb1, get a charging cable and battery kit - only other thing to have. Was surprised the hdmi cable was included but might not have remembered that coming with the last xb1 I bought. Good seller. Thx. ... show more

Would rate 5 stars if everything worked. Delivery was a challenge as I work fulltime and not always home to accept the package. Xbox works fine so far, but the view button on the controller doesnt work. Edit: They were nice enough to send me a new controller overnight which works. However now the xbox is having a lot of problems. Slow load times and a lot of error messages. Factory reset everything and still very slow and freezes. Now i cant even sign into my xbox live acc. Every day has been a new problem. ... show more

Works great! But showed up on my doorstep in the Xbox box. Anyone walking by would see that it was an Xbox One just sitting there ripe for the taking. It should have been in another box for protection and to disguise what was inside. Poor customer service! 👎
