    • Controller was sent broken and quickly got worse over time.
I ordered this product around 2 months ago, seeing that it was slightly cheaper than a brand-new Elite Controller. When it arrived, the controller was covered in a layer of dirt and grime and came with none of the Xbox Elite accessories. The first thing I noticed regarding gameplay was a (semi) unresponsive Y button. 2 weeks into usage, it quickly got worse. The LB button became unresponsive, and the controller developed stick drift in both joysticks. I deeply regret spending the amount of money that I did on this heavily used controller, and my money would've been much better spent on a brand new one. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ... show more

It came amazing it was just a little dirty but that is okay the quality is quite good the only reason I give 4 starts is because it has a little bit of stick drift other then that this controller is amazing worth the money I payed 🤍

    • Noise in D-pad but good controller for the cost.
Nice controller, but, the D-Pad is noisy. Makes a clicking sound in 2 directions, when touched.

The media could not be loaded. I was initially hesitant about purchasing a refurbished controller, but I couldn’t be happier with this Elite Series 2. It arrived in pristine condition, looking and feeling like it was straight out of the box. Every detail, from the packaging to the controller itself, was flawless. The buttons, triggers, and joysticks are all responsive and smooth, and the customizable features work perfectly. Battery life is excellent, and the build quality is top-notch. Honestly, if I didn’t know it was refurbished, I’d assume it was brand new. This is an amazing deal for anyone looking for a premium gaming experience without paying the full retail price.     • Not worth it
My controller has been acting up really badly. If I press RT too hard, it inputs my right stick going up. The joysticks and dpad fall of super easily, the triggers lock up sometimes, and it's not worth the price. Unless you're planning on taking PERFECT care of your controller, and you plan on making it customizable...don't buy it ... show more
