I got these hooks because I was looking for something that would not be overly intrusive that I could use to loop and attach workout bands to. I wanted them to be black and at least decently aesthetically pleasing since I planned to install them in my guest room (which only sees guests once or twice a year) - I mostly use it as a fitness room. These are hardcore - I am impressed with the quality and thickness of the metal. I have no concerns with the integrity of these hooks. Even the included hardware, which includes matching black lag bolts and washers, is substantial and sturdy (make sure you are installing the bolts into a stud). These are also nicely finished in a powder-coat satiny style. The upside down heart design works well for keeping your bands from slipping off or over the top of the hook making sure everything feels secure when pulling or stretching your bands. Recommended!

got these hooks to use in my home garage gym for resistance band workouts. the hook itself is a nice design where you can put them up facing either direction and they are functional. i particularly like how the weld is done so there is a lot of surface area holding onto the plate - making it feel more secure if you are throwing big weight. the bolts it came with are some heavy duty lag screws, almost too big to screw into a 2" stud so make sure to use a stud finder and hit the middle, but they feel extremely secure.

I like the size of these hooks; I didn't even notice the little heart shapes those are cool too. I have two of these installed now on my wall and they are holding up great.

Really nice set of hooks. They are heavy duty steel, and should be plenty strong enough to not bend when using even the strongest resistance bands. The hooks are visibly and securely welded, and the top of the hook has an upside down heart that prevents the band from slipping off (odd to have it upside down, or perhaps the shape is just happenstance). And the set comes with the hardware needed to attach them -- a bunch of large lag bolts that once screwed into a stud or other sturdy piece of wood will NOT be going anywhere.
