I needed this barbed wire to repair a wire fence that the neighbors dog was coming onto my yard and growling at my family. This wire is a little thinner than the one at the hardware stores but it works. I do aprieciate that it is a little more easy to work with and bend than the thicker wire. Roll of twisted double strand line barbed wire with 4 points. Very sharp. Will make the cattle think twice about rubbing up against it. The inside cardboard got a little scraped up in transit from barbs, but was fully functional on arrival.

    • Tough barbwire
I love the way this unravels so smoothly! You’ll still need gloves, but it is pretty safe to install on the fencing posts. Fantastic thickness. Barbs are tough enough to deter coyotes etc and prevent livestock loss. Thick enough for cattle in my opinion. A good amount of wire in my opinion.

This barbed wire will suffice for a fence we want to build on each side of our home on acreage. It's meant to keep cattle in and, along with electric fence should work well.     • The way it's packaged is questionable
It came in a cardboard box. Nothing else. There were holes all in the box, I'm worried that if there wasn't more products in the big box the smaller box came in that the box would have been torn open more and hurt someone. Otherwise it's a good wire.

Right out the box I was impressed. These barbs are sharp! Perfect for securing your property. Thick gage wire heavy very impressed by this especially for the price.
