Sounds horrible and not clear. Mic is really bad as it picks up the slightest sound in the room and amplifies it loudly to both the wearer and the ones you're talking with. Mic also makes wearer sound horrible. Fit is really uncomfortable. And they're really warm on the ears. Dongle isn't the easiest to line up to the controller but that might have been just a me issue. Otherwise it connected fine when fully inserted. I didn't have high hopes. I got it on sale as a temporary fix until I can get something better but will be returning immediately Do not recommend even on the best of sales. Not even worth $10 yet they wanted $50 🙄 ... show more

Really good item for the price. They are comfortable to wear for a long time. I have noticed some feedback through your ears when you are talking on them. You will definitely hear your echo. Very nice that they are cordless, and the battery lasts a long time. They are a little bulky while wearing them, but again, very comfortable. Mic sounds very crisp to people on the other end, but again, you will get feedback while using them. ... show more

    • Sound is great but the voice function(Mic) is LESS than acceptable
It's great for customers who just need a 'wireless' headset but it's voice feature is absolutely useless.. I'm frustrated that I missed the return window because I'd send this back for a refund had I not missed it. I bought it specifically to use in Xbox and Discord voice parties only to find that half my words cut out and there's a perpetual static; the sensitivity of the mic catching the sound of me touching the headset in any manner notwithstanding. EDIT: The mic itself is so incredibly sensitive you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the user's room and this creates a feedback loop eventually, there also seems to be NO WAY to adjust the sensitivity even using Microsoft or Xbox features to do so; I've even tried wrapping the mic in various types of foam and other sound suppressing technologies to NO avail.. use these as a last resort if you need to talk to anyone or isolate yourself in an empty room because people can hear your TV from across the room coming through your mic and any other ambient noise. ... show more
