    • Grind down front fork to make disk brake clearance.
Review Image by I waited a month to make my review. First when received the back tire was flat. But I contacted seller and they sent me a new tube that took a week to get to me no charge. Second the front disk brake was rubbing on the front fork. Took a grinder to it and took off a 16th of a inch and made clearance. I recommend doing this before riding because the pressure and heat from the friction will worp your disk. It's a really easy fix if you have a grinder. It takes 2min. And the display reads kilometers per hour. Still trying to fix that. They told me how just haven't tried it yet. Costumer service have been great. They will work with you to fix any problems you have. Now for the bike. I love it. It's tuff and fast. Good torque. I've gotten it to 55mph. And I weigh 265lb. Lots of fun. But don't expect to get more then 18miles going top speed before you start to see a drop in power. At 20 miles it's almost dead. But when on the trails doing 20 30mph I've gotten 30-35 miles out of a full charge. I recommend it. It's the best bang for your buck when it comes to ebikes. Your not going to find something faster for cheaper. I would invest in some dual sport tires for riding on pavement. The tires they provide are great off-road tired. But not great on pavement. My new tired are amazing quite and really grip on the turns. Now all I hear is the wind when I ride. Hope this helps. See you on the trails.

The media could not be loaded. Got my bike 2 weeks ago and it went from great to absolute crap. By the 2nd day the headlight stopped working. A few days later I learned that the battery does not last the mileage that was advertised. Bike chain easily comes off and my pedal broke off mid ride and caused me to crash. The power and speed of the bike are great, but this bike is not worth its price tag, especially when their customer service actively avoids its customers. Save your money. ... show more

    • Be cautious of support
The media could not be loaded. The bike shows speed in kilometers per hour and not miles per hour. I chatted with the company and they said that they can fix it by sending me a new display for $200. They said that the bike that I purchased online brand new from Amazon was the old model and the new model has miles per hour. I would have to buy a different display. And then today I took the bike out for the first time on a 10 mile ride. When I returned, the rear tire was flat. Apparently this is a common theme with this bike. The tire is fairly beefy so I’m not sure why it was flat. I did check the pressure before I went on a ride and it was 33 pounds. Once I have the tube and a wheel off, I’ll provide an update as to what the defect is. Update 10/20. I noticed the rear swing arm is not square. The rear wheel is not inline with the frame. I have been in contact with the company and I trade confirmation of purchase, photos, videos and narrative on the issue. This has been going on for 2 months. At this point I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company. There is ZERO customer support. Revised. After posting a negative review, the company finally contacted me offering $500 to remove my negative review. I asked that they warranty the swing arm and they shipped one out fairly quickly. The bike is decent but I ended up replacing many parts to improve the performance. I'd recommend you not use their website for support. You will not get support. The bike arrived and we set it up a few days later and the front tire would not stay inflated and the kick stand was broken off the bike. I wrote a response to Amazon and then the manufacture twice and no one responded back at all. I bought the warranty and received no information on that also. I’m very frustrated. I just lost a lot of money and would like it refunded….. ... show more

Bike is great 40 to 45 mph is it's happy cruising speed tops at 50, pulls hills easily, exselerates up. Bit of brake noise, can be adjusted out. Bike came with km display instead of imperial mph, factory sending a free replacement. Bit of a pain. Great bike for the price! Not a _ _ ron, but you can pedal by them 😉 ... show more
