It seemed like the perfect fit for someone like me, who wanted to capture stunning footage without the hassle of complicated controls. When I first received the HOVERAir X1 PRO, I was immediately impressed by its compact and foldable design. It's incredibly lightweight and easy to carry, making it the ideal travel companion. Whether I'm hiking through the mountains or exploring a new city, I can simply fold it up and slip it into my backpack without any hassle. I was impressed right from the start with the beautiful and nicely-designed packaging. The drone itself is incredibly compact and portable. I can literally pop it in my pocket and go. Operation is straightforward, and as a complete beginner, I was able to learn how to use it right away. The image quality is clear, and the follow mode works wonderfully. I'm a little late to this party - I have the original HoverAir X1, which has served me well. I upgraded to the X1 Pro, with the combo package that includes 2 extra batteries, the charger, and the 65w wall wart; and the Controller Combo, which has the beacon and two joysticks in a case. The HoverAir X1 Pro can fly higher and further than the original X1, but retains all the easy to use features. With the beacon and joysticks, it can be flown like a traditional drone, but still using the ease of launch and retrieve on the palm of your hand. Battery life is improved with the "smart" batteries, lasting up to 16 minutes. The beacon and joysticks connect quickly. If you choose to, you can also use your phone through the Hover app to control on Manual Mode. The X1 Pro has a built in cage surrounding the props - it is flexible and durable. The price is higher than the original X1, but the added features and capabilities are well worth the price - this is a camera drone that will get more use, because it is easy to use.
