Very comfortable chair. Love it. Looks very professional. The only problem I had with this chair is that the armrest it's not comfortable if you move your arm forward and backwards while rubbing your skin against the handle. But then again a lot of people won't be doing this. The support is very good. When you first get this chair make sure you assemble it in a well-vented room. It has this new car smell which can overwhelm the room if it's not properly vented. If you go to YouTube you'll see plenty of videos on how to assemble this which is definitely a plus. Chair arrived early. Which was nice. However, upon trying to assemble, one of the main screw anchors in the seat that is meant to secure the back rest was completely loose. It was not anchored in the base whatsoever. The seat back couldn't be secured and the chair could not be safely assembled. Customer support was quick to respond and was able to ship out a replacement part quickly. I got everything put together and have been able to use it for a few days. So far I am enjoying it. It's quite comfortable, even for long periods. The USB cord for the massage feature is a little shorter than I'd like, but not a deal breaker. As someone with a bad lower back, the lumbar cushion is adjustable and supports decently. We'll see how long it holds up in the long run, but so far it's great for the price. Knocking off 1 star just because I had to deal with broken parts from the get go, but otherwise dont have any complaints. ... show more

Easy to assemble great value if it holds up. Will give update in a few weeks. Update chair is great. It does have a rocking feature (slightly) but it rocks. I wish the arms were a little closer and had a mechanism to tighten or loosen them(they swing to freely) I solve this by rotating them pointing outwards,the backs are now closer to rest my elbows. Chair is of decent quality and performs adequately. The chair itself had some small greasy black spots (not a huge deal, but also not small one either considering the chair I got was white). Most of these wiped away but not all. The head cushion or rather the foam inside is misshapen due to tight packing or a box that was not big enough. The chair foam itself also has slight impressions for the same reason. Because of these blemishes the chair is ultimately not as nice as the display picture, but it does serve its function. And frankly I am happy with it, as it is a much needed upgrade due to back pain/poor posture. The assembly sheet was not particularly clear, but there is also an accompanying tutorial video on YouTube which helped some. Having someone help when attaching the seat to backrest is almost a must, VERY awkward to hold in place while trying to line up screw holes. For the price, I am happy with my purchase. If I upgraded again though, I would likely go a bit higher quality since I’m already dropping a chunk of money on a gaming chair. ... show more

I was super looking forward to this chair because I like sitting criss cross and normal chairs hurt your knees after a bit. I'm a bit on the heavier side so I have a big butt, that being said, the raised parts of the seat by the arm rest a metal reinforced so they dig into my thighs when I sit criss cross. That and the arm rests are plastic with no cushion that a shaped so if you are resting your arms like this /\ it digs into your arms. Of course you can swing those and adjust them but as this chair was expensive, I was expecting better. Lumbar support is great though. ... show more

I was super excited for this item. It arrived and the box was all messed up. I tried setting it up and it took me and 3 other people to set it up due to the instructions not helping at all. The angles of the seat are all messed up the message and the foot rest aren’t what you’d think they’d be. Honestly. Get a different chair. This isn’t worth the money ... show more
