Crate was pretty damaged in shipping but only broke the lens on tail light. Received replacement right away without asking. Title took a long time to get thanks to USPS. I had a FI Hawk and this is my new favorite bike. Suspension is way to soft for 220lb guy

This is the second Templar x I have bought. The First one is running perfect with 4,000 miles on it. The second one is not running well. Shorted wiring harness seems to be the problem. Xpro has told me a new harness will be sent under warranty. Just waiting for the new harness. Xpro has been very good about remedying the problem. ... show more

Definitely a good purchase but it definitely needs 6speed to be highway worthy! Torque and peppy on bottom end but top end it’s slow as a slug. But all in all I’m super happy definitely more than I expected! It’s got adjustable forks and suspension! And supposed to get the mso to title it soon so I’ll update that! Update got the MSO and the bill of sale in so now we’re goina get the bike inspected to get a title( outta state has to be inspected in my state ) so we shall see. Insurance was hard to get no one could find the VIN so I filled it out on geico and when it said the vin was wrong do you want to continue so I did and it worked don’t know how but I got insurance BUT.. the insurance says xpro Templar but the MSO says ZUMA xb250 something lol so we shall see soon ... show more

Used bikes in my area are extremely expensive let alone new bikes so for the price of this brand new I 100% recommend. Just understand your buying a Chinese bike, don't expect it to be a top 4 brand quality. The bike overall is very big for a 250, I'm 6'1 and very heavy and it carries me around just fine. It has its flaws but nothing major. Been having a blast with it. Also have it 100% street legal in PA. Love it ... show more

Very impressed with the quality of the bike came a long way from years past for China by I would compare this to a two-stroke 125 with the malpower of a 4-stroke taps out about 60 65 mph. Bike started right up and runs great have about 25 miles on it now been riding and two and a half acres with my grandson on his ex-pro 50 I bought the bike to ride with him and hit the road to the trail definitely would not recommend using this on a highway has performed good in the dirt very happy goodbye again. ... show more

The few minor issues that have come up have been taken care of very quickly by the amazing customer service at X-PRO.
