Review for the "KoveYzao Electric Skateboards". This was my first electric skateboard and I am pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get started. I have tried regular skateboards and longboards. But they always ended up far away from me, and me experiencing near death experiences. This board has good stability and I was able to keep my balance. Probably with the help of the motor rolling resistance and breaking. It only has a single motor but works fine on float ground. I could get it to go up a hill sometimes, but I recommend saving the motor some stress if the hill's too steep. It's small and portable, faster than walking, and generally fun to use on flat ground. I would recommend this for beginners/kids or people who want a small board for quick travels. My weight is about 160 lbs and can move around on it pretty well, a little kick boost helps a lot too. ... show more

This is one different kind of ride that I've experience for a skateboard. You can literally stay on this skateboard without one kick after your first one on this deck. So its dual mode with kick assist does work, and the ZX cc remote control functions as well in powering you across the ground. I would have like it to be a bit longer in battery life, but for 2 hours you can get some fun play time, and if you're just doing point to point destinations from one place to another this will do the job. The board is positioned as a loose feel when it was shipped, so I recommend tightening the back truck by the lights in which they supply a T wrench. You should tighten a board up a little more for a more balanced ride anyway since these e-boards are designed for speed than for doing tricks which you may have a looser feel. I bought a skate bag on this site that suits it and the 11 pounds of it feels com confortable on your back. I just recently received it, so we shall see its endurance over time to see how well it holds up. One cool ride.. ... show more

This product was 💩 I bought this for my 11 year old son. It says the speed was 12 mph it didn't even ran 4 mph so i got in touch with and they send me a replacement. Thinking you know things happen. But then the replacement came in and it didn't turn on at all. These skateboards just aren't good.

I wanted to wait a bit to review this skateboard so I could really see what it could do. My Grandson has a hoverboard and can ride a skateboard so I thought he could really give this thing whirl. First I let it charge fully before using which I always find makes a battery last longer than if you don't. It is mostly assembled but you do have some things to tighten at first as well as some adjustments after a few rides. I did have similar run time of about 2 hours but I believe the initial charging helped us never fall under 2 hours of runtime even in rougher terrain. I gave this 4 Stars and don't let the less than perfect reviews deter you. This is a solid contender for my Grandson's favorite toy. I only took the one Star off because I wish it worked longer than the 2 hours. It always runs out before we are ready to quit. This is not a deal breaker but something you just need to prepare for. Overall it is a fun ride at a decent price. I will stress this is not for young children and does require a learning curve. You are not going to be Tony Hawk the first time you ride this but it is a fun time and my Grandson is always getting asked about it when we go to the skatepark. Go ahead and try this out but do be careful and take precautions with all the riding gear. I always make sure he has a helmet and pads to ride. ... show more

    • Loose rear truck - cannot fix
The media could not be loaded. This seems like it would be a cool product, but unfortunately I don't think it is safe to actually ride. The rear truck is loose. It is attached with four nuts and bolts, and a wrench was included. But when trying to tighten, the nuts, the whole bolt spins. And there is no access to the head of the bolt to keep from spinning. The product does seem to work. The remote controls a single wheel, which does get things moving on a reasonably smooth surface. Especially with a heavier load, a kick start is helpful to get it going, but once moving, it goes well. But I can't really put it through too much stress as I'm concerned about the loose truck on back, which is the one with the powered wheel. ... show more

Great size and overall to be with you all the time to avoid break-in while parking your car at a busy spot. Lights on the skate is there to help you be seen at night, but not enough to help you see the road with no streetlights. You can't switch it off for daylight riding, or just save abit of battery juice. The light on the remote is ridiculous as a spotlight like on the webpage, lol. It's good to spot your keys tho. Single motor design with kick to auto power on. It's convenient than the need to power the button underneath each time. Because of the position of the power port and power button, this skate should not see railings, puddles, potholes, or rolling speed bumps. I don't believe this skate is based on wood, but the tape is grippy. There are 4 speed levels you can choose via remote, but last 2 remained at the same highest speed.
