When the bike arrived, there were a couple of parts missing out of the box, but their customer service was on point — they took care of everything quickly with no hassle at all. Like with most Chinese bikes, there are a few parts I plan on upgrading (just to be safe or improve performance), but out of the box the bike runs solid and feels great. It fires up, shifts clean, and rides better than I expected. One thing I want to mention for anyone planning to ride on the road — it’s very easy to make street legal. You just need to ask the seller to provide a street-legal MSO, not an off-road one. I had zero issues registering it once I had the right paperwork. First off, this thing came packaged right. They have definitely learned from their shipping mistakes over the years. Not so much as a scratch on anything. The bike was easy to put together. There are a TON of YouTube videos. You will probably have to do some tinkering when you get it all together. I had to and still am, but I was expecting that. That was one of the reasons I bought this was to teach myself how to work on motorcycles/dirtbikes. Bike came in 3 days and the paperwork was here in a week. Title, Registration and insurance process here in GA was a breeze. Xpro customer survive is top notch! Always responded right away and sent me parts when I had a problem (for free). If you don’t want to spend $8000 and can wrench a little this is a FANTASTIC motorcycle! If you are a pro dirt bike rider and plan on competing every weekend this isn’t the bike for you. Do not buy unless you plan to use it only for off-road!! I bought this to have as my first bike under the impression that it was street legal, even thought it has turn signals and headlights and break lights it is not street legal. I am very disappointed with this purchase!

One swing arm suspension bolt was loose in the crate with it's lock nut missing. Nothing else was missing or damaged. Engine would start but wouldn't run long. Then became hard to start. Removed and disassembled carburetor. Float and needle/seat not supplying enough fuel. Non serviceable, disposable carb, so I purchased a Nibbi 30mm carb (which I had planned to do anyway as a performance upgrade). Now the bike starts first push of the start button, idles, and is very peppy. Bike is generally well made and probably as good as you can get in a crate for the low price. I may get another smaller one for my wife. Very happy with this purchase. Great job, XPRO!! ... show more
