Use 10W-40 4-stroke motorcycle oil. For the EFI engine, perform the first oil change after 300 miles. When will I receive the MSO and title documents? The Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) and Bill of Sale are mailed separately via USPS after your moped ships. Can this moped be sold or registered in California? No. The X-PRO Tank 200 EFI is not CARB (California Air Resources Board) certified and cannot be legally sold, titled, or registered in California.
