Had to update, go kart just stopped working. Charged it still nothing. Company is no help DO NOT buy from these people. I am looking for local Company that could possibly fix , not sure how much it’s gonna cost but I would never purchase from this company again.

Received a defective go-kart that caught on fire as soon as we plugged in the only connection required to be plugged in by the customer. Seller says will offer replacement parts because it's under warranty, but will not replace the go-kart. Seller keeps sending us defective parts. Received the go-kart at the beginning of February, contacted seller immediately. Due to it catching on fire, and receiving defective parts, we still do not have a running go-kart, have never used it once, and seller will not send a prepaid shipping label so we can return because they want to be able to keep their money for the junk they sent us.
