The scooter works brilliantly. It performance as described. It's true the speedometer shows 10 mph higher which you can test using a GPS app. However; even with that one flaw the overall quality of the scooter does more than overcome that. You don't need to hire someone to build it. Just have one friend who is strong enough to hold the front end up while you drop it off the crate it's shipped on. I just rolled it off using my friends weight to help stabilize it. After that you need one friend to hold it while you attach the front brakes and wheel.

I'll start with the pro's *Easy to put together with simple tools (Ratchet, screwdriver) *Pretty quick *Comfortable *Comes with oil *Lots of space and utility *Electric and kick start AND it also has both kinds of kick stands. Con's *The only insurance company where I live that will insure it is progressive. *Comes in a way that requires 2 people to put together or you have to cut and jack the pallet. *Rust easily *MPH gauge is like give or take 10 off depending on speed. *The pop out foot rest for the passenger are cat aluminum (un-weldable). I'll look into getting a replacement and update the review based on the price/time/and quality. Overall this is a good thing to start on with 169 cc's being just enough to have fun with but nothing crazy. It's comfortable and can be a good vehicle for dashing because of low overheads.

it was delivered on time paperwork, title, and bill of sale. Everything is great about the bike. I just have one glitch with the headlight it keeps staying on. I tried to contact the company. There was a bit of assembly quite a bit, but it's a good value for the money it's a nice little scooter. Don't accept any tech-support on putting it together or anything else.
