First let start off by saying the delivery company they use are liars. They never delivered as promise and kept lying about the times. I had to personal call multiple times to get my son bike before his birthday. Received the bike the box was not in good shape at all. The the bike was in decent shape. Me and my fiance struggle a bit to put the bike together as they listed a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE video to mimic that they sent with the bike. It dont shows what tools he using or nothing. Just a waste of time to watch and frustrated. We ended up finding a good video to finish off the bike that took us 2 days to get right. Overall it's well put together and drives good. My son face was priceless on his birthday. Update: my son rode it yesterday and he loves it. I like how we can change the speed we had it on gear 1 so he can you use to driving it.

So I ordered 4 bikes. Two 250s and two125s. Assembly on both sizes was pretty simple even though they came with no instructions. Here's all you need to put them together: 1 socket set, 2 ratchets (trust me, go to Walmart and buy a cheap hammer drill for this. It made my life so much easier) , and a set of Allen wrenches. Now, I used the power tool version of all of this stuff so my time putting them together was pretty quick. The 125s were relatively light and I could move them onto a table easily to assemble. The 250s were heavier and required 2 people to install the wheel (you only have to install the front wheel) and put it on a jack for the rear shock installation. 3 of the 4 bikes ran great right out of the box. One of them needed a little adjustment of the throttle but that's an easy fix. Long story short, don't be afraid to buy this. Even if you have to buy all of the tools to put it together you still save a ton. And it makes a great little project for the kids to help with.

Happy with this purchase, we have put several miles on this bike, easy to teach a child how to slowly get use to a bigger bike and the shifting as the grown into a bigger bike. Very please with this bike, only think I would change in the shock is more springy rather than stiffer. Wish it's was more stiff rather that springy. We have taught 3 kids and 1 adult on this bike so far it was a great purchase

Very pleased and money well spent. Bought for when my grandkids visit. Shipment was very well protected in the metal crate, was straightforward and easy to assemble, and fired right up on first kick. From opening the crate to riding the bike was only about 3 hours. Not bad. Only thing, I wish the throttle response was slower. It's such a quick throttle that it makes it a bit jumpy to get it moving for young riders. But the throttle lock screw and starting in 2nd gear helps this out. Overall, very pleased.

Giving this 5 stars for multiple reasons! Customer service was outstanding. Bike showed up with a smashed fuel tank and missing a bolt for rear shock Whether it was caused during shipping or factory didn't matter. They had a new tank and bolt to me within a week. Bike is fun and fast. This is my sons first bike and very easy for him to ride. Pick a gear and go. Thry say it has weight limits. I weigh 200 lbs and I can ride it just as fast as he can! Definitely worth the money. Same Bike as the tao's are. You won't be disappointed! WARNING FOR FIRST TIMERS! DO NOT TAKE OFF IN FORST GEAR!!!!!! The bike will take off from under you!!
