I bought this bike for my husband and we received it March 14, 2024. There were a couple little issues at first that weren’t that serious. about a month in a belt became unloose no problem, It was fixed. Two months westarted having a little issues. No problem we fixed it. In June The bike stopped working. We called the Company’s support team . They did a video with us still could not resolve the issue they said they would get back to us within 2 to 3 business days. Never heard from them. Can’t get through them on the phone, it’s been over six weeks now I called Amazon several times. I spoke to three agents that assured me I would get a so called A to Z guarantee and three times nothing has happened. It took them all of five minutes to take my money however, it’s taking two months to refund or give me a new product that works. I am so upset it’s incredible , the frustration of talking to Amazon representatives and them lying to me telling me I’ll have an answer within 48 hours which never happens. I have to call them back and still nothing happens. I want either my money back or to replace the item that’s not working.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for my husband to go back and forth to his job. When we first got it we could not get it to run no matter what we did. I contacted the seller who sent us a new carburetor and muffler (the muffler was damaged in shipping). My husband changed out the carburetor which fixed the issue and as you see in the video it runs perfectly now. It will also go faster than advertised. My husband on a side road at our house got it up to 80 mph. It also passed the officer inspection with no issues. I definitely recommend this scooter and seller. Oh and my husband had never done anything with a carburetor and didn't have any trouble changing it out.

Firstly, I want to say that I love my bike. It is clean, beautiful and gets me to work and school no problem. I always get compliments on my bike. However, if you are looking for a “quick buy to ride” moped then i recommend buying a moped with a 50cc engine or lower. This bad boy 150cc is bigger than an actually starter motorcycle cc displacement (Honda Grom 123.9) so you will need to get a motorcycle endorsement in most states with can be additional 300-400 dollars. I was nervous that I was going to have to return the moped because I had similar problems with my bike starting and staying on, but I was able to get in touch with the mechanic that works on the bike. The mechanic (I forgot his name) and Jesus were friendly and thorough with showing me what to do on video call. I learned a lot! I learned how to change my carberator, connect and change fuel filter and lines, and so on. Also, research if you have a local shop that works on these type of bikes. Luckily, I found one in my city. My biggest note about this bike is to make sure that the fuel filter is in a vertical angle ALWAYS. Gravity is your best friend to keep this bike running smoothly. If you order this bike, you won’t regret it, but you have to put in the work to learn about being a responsible safe rider!

The shipping was communicated very well with me and the delivery driver was right on time as expected. I had it on the road running in about 1 hour after I received it. I did experience the same issue as another buyer commented on about the engine stalling while driving. I found that the fuel lines and specifically the fuel filter needed to turned to a more vertical position otherwise the engine was not getting sufficient gas. It's a very simple fix. I also had to tighten the rear break a few turns. I also changed the oil as strongly recommended in the paperwork. the only other issue I have is the speedometer reads anywhere from 10 to 20 mph too high, and the odometer is in kilometers so I have to use my phone to convert it to miles. Getting about 70 miles per gallon. It has plenty of power, is quiet and runs great.

When the scooter arrived we followed the instructions and got it out together well enough. The gas gauge didn’t work, and the speedo went straight to 85 when you started driving. The company sent me a new part that didn’t fix anything. A week later the airbox broke off while driving. A week later the exhaust cracked in half and it broke the studs in the engine, at the same time the SWINGARM bolts on the one side sheered off while riding causing a nasty crash. The company just said tough, here are some parts.” The bike is ruined in the first 2 weeks. It’s cheap, unsafe and the company refuses returns on an obviously defective product.

You will need some skills to put it together but once you have it together it has enough power to get a grown man (180lbs) to work on roads that are 55mph. It has a 1 gallon tank ( 4 liters ) and gets around 70+ miles on that tank (105 km). Great money saver if you only go a few miles to work and back. It has everything you need to drive legally on the road in a town but not something you would want to take on an interstate. Push button start works great. You push it once and it starts. I personally let it warm up for two minutes before I ride it the first time it is started that day. Almost a month of driving and I’ve had zero issues.
