This is an amazing starter bike I love it so much I see reviews with damage or scratches I didn't have ANYTHIMG wrong with mine but you MUST change the oil before even starting it first

  • So exciting!!
Color: Red
Yay, it is finally here, and an entire week before the expected timeframe. Was not expecting it so soon! I think I have a good enough idea what to expect from the performance of this bike based on what I have no qualms in rating just based on the experience receiving it alone. Bike is VERY well secured and packaged and looks like it arrived in EXCELLENT condition, which was a big worry I had since I have seen other people report that. I leave to take my endorsement test soon. I dont see the paperwork I need to register it yet, but I have heard sometimes that is mailed separately. Cannot wait to get it out and take it for a spin!! I know im not going to be winning any races, but I dont care. This is my first motorcycle and I need something easy on torque and HP so I dont fear for my life (or the bike) the first time I try to take off on it. I purchased this because it seemed like a cheap way to get my feet wet in the world of riding before I buy something that will suit me more when I have some more experience under my belt. I am 6'3 so I have always been concerned with size, but it is not a small bike. I hope if you are considering purchasing this that you are doing your research so you probably know this is the Kawasaki Ninja 250/400 frame and farings. I already have some upgrades purchased and am going to give it an oil change before I ever try to start it. For info on this bike, check out DOHowen on youtube. He has a lot of helpful insight. Yammienoob who is a popular motorcycle youtuber was not very kind in what he had to say about it, but it sounds to me like some of his issues were the specific bike he got and things he probably would have recieved plenty of support for had he needed help. Also he jokes around that people should start out on a Turbo Hayabusa and definitely seems like somewhat of a younger show-out. I didn't buy this bike to bolster my ego, burnout in front of pretty girls, or drive along the street hoping everyone is looking at me lol. If it holds highway speeds (when I am ready for that kind of riding) then I will be happy. I didnt want a motorcycle to open up to 180mph and kill myself. I just want something that goes and to experience the fun of motorcycling. You probably could find a bigger better used bike for a similar price, but since I am new to this I am a little concerned getting a bike not knowing how the engine was broken in or how well it was maintained. Hope to come back and add more once I have been able to drive it. ***UPDATE 3/31/24**** Well dang, buying it in November and not Late March meant I missed out on like a $400 price drop lol. I would think it would be the opposite since now riding season is fully underway. Well for about $400-500 less than I paid for it, I DEFINITELY have to leave it at 5 stars. I put about 60 miles on it today, and I am at about 375 miles total on it. Now that we are out of the cold, That odometer is about to pick up quick. Getting close to its first oil change in its service life outside of the initial one. I am already looking forward to my next bike already, but also this bike is $2200. You'll probably be at about $2700 after tax and delivery. It goes. You can plot two points on the map and get there. I have not personally gone above 60mph on it. It definitely could, I just don't feel confident enough on it to go that fast yet. Also it is extremely light. In the MSF course I learned on Harley Street 500s, and I feel like I could go 70-80mph on the freeway on one of those easily. Do not be too disappointed with performance out of the box. It gets noticeably peppier as the engine starts to break in. It is a BLAST on windy 45-50 mph backroads. I very rarely drive it much faster than 50-55, but it is doing that speed with no problems in 5th gear. I am sure one of these days soon I will just man up and try to get it on the highway and top it out. When I wrote the first half of this review months ago, I mentioned Yammie's video on it. He said "A Hyabusa at 140mph feels safer than this at 70mph" and I think he is onto something. I know it WILL go that fast, it just starts to feel a little sketch after 60 if you ask me. It just feels like it was designed more for city use. Think of it like a city moped wearing a sportbike's clothing. It also has no problems whatsoever accelerating and pacing with traffic, so if you just want a fun, cheap alternative means to get around then it's a great buy. I wanted to add more and I want you guys to have an honest and thorough review. With the price drop if I could add a star I would. If the final purchase cost exceeded $3500, it would start losing them. When I purchased mine they were selling for $2600 and my final cost was about $3100. As long as you are not expecting it to be more than it is, you will LOVE that you own it. Especially if it is your first motorcycle. Just BE CAREFUL. Ride like you are invisible. An old lady in like an 89 oldsmobile turned left in front of me today. If I had not been anticipating that possibility and riding ho-hum along my merry way expecting her to yield, I would have smacked right into her. Never assume someone is going to yield to you. ... show more

  • It's a Chinese Bike
I've put almost 1k miles on the bike and so far it's pretty good for a brand new bike with 0 miles under 3k. It won't win you any races but it's fun to bop around town. With that being said, I did have a few issues. When I test drove it, the Gear Shift Linkage was bad and locked up in sixth. I did manage to get it out of 6th gear but shift was very difficult at best. Most of the time it wouldn't shift down or up at all. XPRO did send a replacement and it's been working really well since. The other issue I have that hasn't been removed yet is it like to staul out. What I mean is you can start it in neutral and let it run and after 2 or 3 minutes it'll just cut off and you have to start it again. It needs a better tune or something, I'm still figuring this one out. If you purchase this bike, put new oil in it first thing and replace the spark plug with a better one. If you live in a real hot or hot and humid area, you may want an Oil Cooler to keep the bike from over heating. ... show more

  • Buy one!! Don’t worry about shipping!!
Color: Black
I wouldn’t worry about those people hating on the speed or shipping too much. They obviously didn’t read what they were buying. Goes just as fast as it says it does. It’s not meant for racing. This bike is great for the price. And if there’s a little scratch somewhere, so what. U get what you pay for and it’s very cheap. Scratches can be fixed. And as far as all these torn up boxes people are showing in their reviews they obviously weren’t home when it was delivered. You CAN set up a delivery so u are home when it is delivered. I’m showing 3 pics of how mine was delivered and I was home. Make sure your home. If your not happy don’t take it… send it rt back. Mine had a welded and bolted steel frame around it with all kinds of straps and padding. If it gets scratched then it’s probably from when u take the crate apart yourself. Meaning, your fault! So don’t let these people scare u into not buying. It’s fun, it’s real and it’s cheap and sharp looking. HAVN’T had one problem in over a year that I’ve had it. And for those who keep saying their batteries don’t last…try plugging it into a battery tender/keeper of some sort. I have one on my bike and my Seadoo and have NEVER had an issue with batteries. BE SAFE OUT THERE because there’s some crazy drivers on the roads these days. ... show more

  • Bad motorcycle from a bad seller.
Color: Red
The motorcycle will not start from the time it arrived. Seller would procrastinate by online diagnose, sending me parts and video for me to do repair. After 2 repairs, motorcycle still would not start. Seller's latest response was that tittle already transferred and too late to return.
