Scooter came very nicely packaged and protected. Fuel leaked immediately from a broken fuel hose, but that likely occurred during shipping. These are cheap bikes and you have to be willing to work on and troubleshoot them yourself. That and expect to have to replace some parts. So far I'm satisfied with what I've received, and I expect to get my money's worth with proper service and maintenance. Seller was also quick to provide the certificate of origin soon after purchase. Now I had if for over 6 months. When we opened the box the rack was bent badly. No biggie. But other than that it has been running. With in the first 3 months we had to change the compressor(something like that), other than that is been good. It hit about 57 we have been trying to get a little more out of it but tuning been hard. I've been riding this lil Scooter just under a month now, One Thousand miles on it. Have had NO Issues with it so far, other than the front wheel out of balance . Great lil Machine , 100 miles to the Gallon !

cast iron bitch to assemble, no room to install the handlebar bolt sand dropped the bolt holding the handlebars into the body, had to diss it all to retrieve the bolt, weather turned sour and I don't have it all back together yet. Wind carried the assembly booklet away so I'm still guessing which screw goes where to put it back together. I'd appreciate getting a new copy of that assembly booklet. ... show more

Arrived in a mostly un-dinked palleted crate. Almost a week early and with a 24 hour be ready to accept delivery order. Still waiting for whatever documents i need for the DMV/tag-makers but damn, nothing better than getting a motor-vehicle dropped off in the driveway accessible back-yard for less then 1.5k. WOOT!     • I like the bike but the manual sucks

The manual says to put a certain oil in it but the plate that is physically on the bike says a different oil and doesn’t tell you how much to put into the bike. It smells like it is burning and it’s making me real nervous. It was hard to start today. Oil level on dip stick is fine. I put in the oil that it had in the manual but I think I am going to change it to the one it has on the plate. I hope I don’t blow up this 1,500 machine because this company couldn’t put a little bit more effort into the owners manual. I was thinking about getting there motor cycle to but I wanted to test this out first since it is cheaper and that was a good call because I am sure that motor cycle has the same crap manual. If this thing stops smelling and acting normal I will upgrade this to a 4 star because I do think this could be a good machine but I shouldn’t have to be this nervous because they don’t give enough information, if it dies on me this will get a 1 star and I will try everything I can to get reimbursed for it. Edit: increase from 2 stars to 4. Had some problems with it but there customer support was pretty responsive at helping fix the situation. I put some of my findings for this on YouTube just look up DanTheAmazonMan and I have some videos for this moped. ... show more

This bike came with assembly issues. Have had to have it repaired twice. Belt broke and had to have repairs done to fix assembly issues. 😑 not happy with it at all.

So far I have no issues with this product. From the day that I ordered it until the day it arrived the seller kept me informed. It arrived a day earlier, the seller notified me of that as well. I refused to open it before my birthday, which was two days after it was delivered so my husband watched the video over and over until the day I opened it. When I got back from a concert , it was fully assembled, he said he had no problem whatsoever! I am still in the “break-in” period of riding ( under 40mph for the first 300 miles). I have been sick so I haven’t been riding it much. It came with written instructions and a manual. ( however the manual was poorly written and the printing couldv’e been clearer). The seller made it very clear that if I had any problems or questions that I could contact them. Getting it registered, insured, tags and title was easy. I am Happy With My Purcha ... show more
